Nothing special to say good hotel how it’s should be for 5* stars

Hotel presents as dog friendly but no dog bowls at all and no any restaurants or cafes are allowed with dogs…. For me is no no thing. If you don’t wanna dogs on the site it’s easier to say this

One of my favorite hotels in Centrum Warsaw is very clean and has spacious rooms. I booked a standard room, and each time, I was pleasantly surprised by how large the room was, complete with a sofa and a desk for work. The hotel features a nice, sizable swimming pool with a jacuzzi, all with clean, warm water. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, but I'll definitely make it a point to do so during my next visit. Overall, everything was more than satisfactory! 😊

Location is perfect, gym is spectacular for being hotel gym, fully equipped. Food in the restaurant is super tasty, design of the hotel is excelent, rooms are cozy and nice.

The pillows were not comfortable at all, got pain in my neck. The pool and saunas fully of Ukrainians who acted rude and loud, children being in saunas, people entering saunas in flip floops, people in jacuzzi sitting there for an hour straight.

Great location , food and staff . Couldn’t and wouldn’t fault any of this. Just what you come to expect from Raddison .

Few issues with room , cracked mirror , dust in certain places. In a few hotels I’d ignore this, however we all expect the very best from Raddisons, so was worth a mention to staff. The issues were noted and checked, but not dealt with, however it was only a 2 day stay and I wouldn’t expect such a quick turnaround. However a complementary coffee would have been nice to be offered.

The location was pretty nice. The view from the room was also good. Breakfast rervice was excellent. GLUTEN FREE options were available.

EV CHARGING - The hotel doesn't offer a reservation for EV Charging. That is really a problem because when you travel with an EV you depend on overnight charging. So they couldnt reserve the charging spot and when we went to check if ti was available there were other DIESEL / Non EV cars parked there. Either you offer charging or you dont. It seems they just dont care. From my experience smaller hotels do offer reservation and free parking when you come there. Radison can deffinitly improve something with EVs.

The hotel is big and stylish, clean and the big advantage- has its own big underground parking, the entrance is very easy and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and professional.

The restaurant is really small for a breakfast- you must be ready to wait in a queue, this I faced first in my life in such a hotel. So, my son and his friend were lucky to have breakfast at 9:20 without waiting…but I came at 10:00 and the queue was really long, so I decided not to have breakfast at all :(

Despite the constant reminders from Booking - I'm too busy to fill hotel reviews. This is an exception, because Radisson Collection in Warsaw is an exceptional hotel. The Staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable, clean with a great bathroom. Breakfast was super rich and high quality. But above all the 3 floors gym and swimming pool were amazing. Something I never saw in any other hotel. I do travel quite a bit, and this is clearly one of the best places I've stayed in. Bottom line, if you are in Warsaw and not staying at the Radisson Collection hotel - you are making a mistake...

I liked everything

It was very beautiful hotel and comfortable room, good location, very calm and quiet place, restaurant had many options and was open quite late, we also got to enjoy sauna and pool, it was just what we needed for short city getaway.

Room wasn't the cleanest in the sense we could see fingerprints in bathroom when checked in, quite dusty all over the place, and didn't seem like floors were vacuumed in between those 3 nights we stayed, we both are girls with very long hair, and they just stayed on bathroom floors all these days.. Paying almost 300 eur per night we expected a bit more. Also we unfortunately thought that 28 eur per person for breakfast buffet was a bit too much seeing the offer they had, but that might be just our opinion. Still it was all delicious and beautiful

Hotel located in the center of Warszawa. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Continental breakfast has wide variety of food, there was everything you can think of, including those who are on the strict fitness diet. I like the selection of exclusive breakfast choice. Staff very quick and helpful, during the breakfasft and at the main reception and in the fitness area. The restaurant during the evenings also had a nice choice of food, very delicious and fresh. There is a fantastic fitness room in the basement, including pool and sauna.

I found service in the restaurant in the evening very slow and moody. There were only few customers, but I had to go to the bar to place an order. The waitress that was working that day, I guess, was not in the mood, because I felt as if she was annoyed, when I came back to pay for my food.I did it because she was not coming to our table, after she brought our food. I guess it is difficult to find a good staff for every department.

As always Radisson does not fail to fulfil all your needs, from facilities, to the personnel and the varied breakfast. The room was spacious and quiet.

We simply lifted some stuff from the mini bar and had one drink. The staff immediately knocked on the door to check the mini bar. It would have been nice to receive all the info about the mini bar at the checkin and not be disturbed while in the room for just one drink.
