The hotel is nice and room is clean. Many restaurants to dine in….

The breakfast, need to wait until there is an available table and the receptionist who’s taking the room number is very arrogant specially when asking about the table…..don’t show your attitude to your guest because they are not staying there for free. Show some respect when they are asking for something!

Everything in the property was excellent. Staff, food and everything.

The staffs of the BDO bank inside the hotel was not very helpful when our Visa card was captured outside the Pearl Wing lobby BDO ATM Machine. Told us to wait and wait till we already catch our flight on Sunday without getting the card. It is not the customers fault and also not the staff fault but they failed to bring back the card even we told them our flight is coming soon. Bad service.

Great food choices. Amazing suites. Wonderful staff.

We were there to use The Dome pool. But a billionaire booked it for a private party for a whole month. Terrible. Hotel should have explained this before we even arrived so we could choose alternative hotel. Outdoor pool was also closed due to weather. Sad.

Quite luxurious

Check in process is not efficient- unlike other 5 stars hotel. No welcome drink! And imagine, guests had to stand to queue- no couches around the check in counter! I booked 4 rooms for my business partners from overseas and they are not impressed with the process.

The Place is special, the people that works there make you feel your special, from the gym personnel, the pool personnel, from the elevator personnel, concierge , reception and the guards, they always greet you with smiles , always accommodating to all requests. surely im gonna miss this place , not because of its elegant hallways , Lavish interior designs, grandeur facilities, but the experience itself. Well done and keep it that way.

I'm just nitpicking here but the aircon lowest setting is still a bit strong for my liking , turning it off would suffice air circulation, other than, that i still slept comfortably.

The hotel was luxurious and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was very big and has lots of entertainments that would make guests stay longer. It was glamorous.

The fact that you cant bring outside food! During midnight after a few games at the casino of course its tiring and all restaurants are closed and we’re starving but we cant order outside food which is inconvenient. But i guess there’s a hotel room service but didn’t know where to look for the menu. And in the bathroom it was very spacious but it’s lacking of hanging bars for towels and clothes rack or laundry basket. And a normal refrigerator is more needed more than the minibar. Since its not very strict who will enter the premises they’re were a few scammers and thieves which is very uncomfortable not only to locals who would like to relax and enjoy the place but specially to foreigners. Which is not good for the image of the hotel.

The room and the space was perfect

The air reeked of cigarette smoke. We could smell it from inside our suite. We had to keep calling for using a refrigerator as the personal bar which was 3 units couldn’t hold our drinks as it was full The bathroom didn’t have a bubble bath when it should have complimentary as there was a jacuzzi. The shampoo bath gel and conditioner was difficult to use. The pump hits the container The hair dryer plug is broken and too weak to dry hair There were no plates and utensils in the kitchenette what waste of time to keep calling for items that should be standard in a suite.

The room was very spacious with a bathroom with clear separation of dry and wet areas. There was a foyer connected to the closet large enough to change clothes in. The staff were very helpful. The hotel complex is extensive , and we need to ask directions once in a while, and we are always pointed in the right direction. Some staff even accompanied us to the said place. There are a lot of restaurants (even Jollibee) inside. There was the famous pool , spa, and, of course, the casino. We stayed there for my birthday to watch Miss Saigon at the Theater at Solaire. It is also near the airport and MOA. It was my birthday so I was given a birthday cake by the guest officer. Thank you for a memorable birthday celebration. We also watched the fountain show before heading to watch the play.

Late check-in time at 3pm. I guess the hotel was full because the room was only available at 3pm. We were informed through sms.

Customer service is amazing. They went above and beyond for me and my husband's anniversary & even put us in a fountain view which I absolutely adore!!! They had a card, 2 yummy cakes, and a "Happy Anniversary" sign for us. Thank you for making it extra special!!! Because of your service, I don't mind staying here again one day. We truly appreciate it.

Minus 2 points and this is why. It's definitely not the best hotel I've been in (U've travelled in the US & Europe) & for their high price point, they should offer free cancellation back to the "credit card" in certain amount of days just like most hotels. They only give the option of using the cancellation for another date which dosen't give peace of mind for customers. Also, it needs a little bit more cleaning. The outdoor pool had alot of small red ants on the table where we were drinking & having food. The customer service there was amazing though! They fixed it for us! I would stay again because of ALL the employees.
