The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and informative. The room was completely right.

We were expecting the hotel to have a full service restaurant. We had an early flight out in the morning and signed in at the hotel at around 5:30 in the evening. We were hoping to be able to have dinner at the hotel and then retire to our room for an early night. We were told when we signed in that their restaurant and bar were closed due to the holidays. We ended up walking 20 or so minutes down the road to the nearest restaurant.

Comfortable as usual for Mariott

Washroom was not replenished on second day to accommodate our towel and soap needs 3 people, 2 towels Removed bar of soap and did not leave a new one. Hotel tried to charge me again for pre-paid room. I had to get the manager involved to resolve the overcharge because both the night person and day desk person did not believe I had pre-paid.

The whole ENTIRE staff was EXCELLENT Miss Joyce checked in on me every day, to make sure I was comfortable !! I Kritika, at the front desk, The Spanish lady, and the quiet tall Indian guy.. If I did not mention your name, don't feel left out cause you're not.. Each and every one of you made me feel safe and comfortable while I was there. Thank YOu

That is the only thing this location could add is Breakfast ...there is Starbucks but it's way over priced...Denny's is a stone throw away Great reasonable breakfast and Amazing coffee..But I have a kerig at home so I just used a box of my prefers coffee Maxwell House dark until I was ready to go on the road to get food

the hot tub was not working to his full capacity. jet were very low and water could be a bit more hot. pool is very nice.

Nice big and clean room and the staff. Check in was smooth. There was a shuttle which took us back to the Airport in the morning.

No Breakfast - We were there for just one night and as our flight was a bit delayed, we could have managed with a good breakfast. There is a small cafe opposite the reception but with not many options.

My stay at Coutyard by Marriott was excellent from the moment that I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle. The ladies at the desk were very friendly, the room were quiet, cozy and very comfortable. The entire Hotel is sparkling clean. I would recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Location near airport. Room was spacious ( two queen beds) nice modern bathroom

Room door lock was not working causing an hour of delay when we arrived. Had to go to a different room. The rooms were clean and well appointed but needed more light. Wall paper and paint fresh but gloomy

When we check-out and about to move out our luggage from the left side entrance, there was a pointy nail or something was there underneath the left entrance outer door. Because of that, my wife got injured in her toe, and she was bleeding badly.

The bedsheets were not changed and the pillows, they had a human smell and not clean it was a shame otherwise it not that I would have scored them excellent. It’s not fair to sleep in someone else’s sweet and smell. very disgusting, I had to sleep on top of the sheets using my Lesu to cover myself thank God it was hot. and room needed more air it was very hot.
