The view, but paied for this

Dont order breakfast. Paied $15 for breakfast each when booked the room. Thought it's regular hotel bufe breakfast . Surprise- it's restorant and you have $15 budget .Just one dish it's $14 before tax an service. just for the dish and free water added $5.25 .Didn't drink my morning coffee. Complained to Managment and removed from total bill.Why this important info not provided to guest when booked or when arrived.Price very high for one night .

Location was the thing I liked most

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Exhaust fan in bathroom was noisy. We asked for a 5am wakeup call.we had to be at airport. They never called. If I didn't set my phone as a backup we would probably missed our flight. Restaurant on premises charged .75 cents each for mayonnaise for our sandwich. We went elsewhere the rest of our stay

Hotel is close to everything and anything Including food, jet ski rentals, pier 60, beach, shopping and more! For adults/parents food and drinks are on sight so you can sit back and watch the kiddos have fun no need to walk all over. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and able to accommodate any way they possibly can. Our flight wasn't till the evening, after check out they held onto our luggage so we can enjoy the day. Well be back in a few weeks!

Nothing bad to say

It was great close to the beach. Had beach view from the hotel balcony. All the bars and shopping centers and places to eat are within walking distance. Definitely don't have to walk far.

I'm not very picky person. I don't really know of anything I didn't like. Everything went good for me and my wife we had a great time.

Nothing really room a little dated but Very clean and comfortable bed

Staff was friendly, especially Mary in the gift shop and Everett in Engineering. Location, room type and on site restaurant.

Facilities are a little run down. Bunks in the suite could use some work. Toilets kept clogging, A/C control panels didn't work and the main units were a pain to get the temperature right. We saw ants in the room, arcade needs repairs, and the laundry room dryers (which we got fixed). The couch was horrible as well (dirty and uncomfortable). We sat in the other chairs.

This place is extremely family friendly! We booked a family room, the layout of which was unclear from the photos. We were pleasantly surprised to learn it was essentially an apartment! It was super comfy for our family and we were able to save money by making and eating many meals in the room. The pool is way nicer than it looks online also, and the tiki bar has a million different poolside concoctions. It was walking distance from the pier and tons of fun activities but also far enough out that there were some grocery options nearby.

The couch was very uncomfortable. Jimmy’s restaurant was chaos-we didn’t even know there was a kids menu until the third day we ate breakfast there, and we only found out bc our kid asked for a paper hat after seeing other kids get one.

Paid extra to get a gulf view room. Loved it. Overlooked the outside eating area with the guitar player. Enjoyed listening to him while the sun was setting. So relaxing.

Having to park in the garage next door. Lack of Handicapped spaces.

Great location. Walking distance to literally everything. No car needed. Very safe area.

No beach access. You have to walk about 5 min to get to public beach.

The staff for the most part with the exception of two were exceptional. From the beginning to the end they made me feel as if I was home.

The night staff gentlemen was rude and unwelcoming. The parking staff was a bit abrasive he needs to relax. He was very helpful to others at times so training oils help.
