That Chocolate Chip Cookies are back in the evening And hard boiled eggs are back for breakfast. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very polite and attentive.

I have been coming to the same Hampton Inn for 15 years. They used to be small potato chip bags In the afternoons but not now. With the continued rate increase in the rooms I Am sure they can afford putting these for guests,

The location was great for its value. The breakfast was also fresh and better than other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly. Definitely coming back here when I visit Naples again!

All of the following could’ve been fixed with a phone call, but still annoying a call was necessary. There were a lot of toiletries that were not kept up to date. The hand and shower soap bottles were empty when we got there (we called in and had them replaced). By the time two people used the shampoo, the bottle was running low as well. When I took out a tissue like 5 tissues came out at once and the box was empty which meant it was not a new box but set up to look like a new one. There was also only one roll of toilet paper which is odd for a hotel. There were also some small flaws to the room which would’ve been nice to see fixed like cleaning the vent in the bathroom.

this was a great place to conduct business, i met with a client on the lobby where there were tables to sign documents. The breakfast hours were too short, it is only until 9 am i went down at 9:15 and it was already over. The person handling the breakfast offered to take things out, but I did not want to bother him. His action was very much appreciated. The young lady that checked us in was very professional and courteous. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Excellent facility !!! Great location. Exceptional courteous staff. Wonderfully spacious and VERY clean room. Comfortable bed with extra pillows that weren't flat. Quiet air-conditioning. Enough towels. Wonderful warm breakfast with large selection. And a complimentary sack lunch on top of it . All for a great competitive pice. Overall a 10 out of 10 !!!!! I wished all Hampton Inn hotels were like this one !!!! I prefer to stay at Hampton Inn because of the quality. Great facility. !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few minutes from downtown or 5th Avenue. The amenities are well-working. The room was perfect for my stay. The customer service was satisfactory from the moment I walked in until the end of my stay. Breakfast was great—everything that you could ask for. The pool was fantastic.

Breakfast was great as well as the coffee. I really dont expect much when "breakfast is included" but this one will make you feel the value for your money. Location was great as well with enough parking.

I went to have breakfast and hanged the " do not disturb" sign and when I came back I took it out. They never came back to make my room =(

The breakfast was great. Not like an ordinary hotel. It had great taste and variety of options. I love the soaps and cream in the bathroom. Big bottles are great. Not like ordinary hotels with mini size bottles. Loved that it was very clean. I will be staying again in the future.

Breakfast food offering was normal in a competitive sense but the display was superb. Everything was well organized, neat and orderly and the cleanliness of the serving areas was 5 🌟 star. I complimented the Breakfast person and even tipped her personally for keeping the area so Welcoming...

The TV remote needed batteries and it was just to late in the evening when I arrived to call and have it fixed. Something they should check when turning over a room...

The breakfast was awesome. I was able to have different items that I liked for 6 days.

The room was a little dark. I couldn’t see into my suitcase well, but we did face north.
