The room was a good size. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient. The fireplace is a nice touch

The rugs in the room were stained and dirty. The bed in the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable could have used some kind of topper to make it bareable.

Pros - everything was very clean, staff were so accommodating and welcoming! Which I really appreciated, especially coming from a long drive. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms were stocked and clean. We had plenty of kitchenware and extra pillows. Pool was nice and clean too.

Maybe some music poolside or a mini bar outside. Kids activities. But other than that, Everything was great!

The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. The check-in was quick and all information was provided. I didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be pretty nice. The location is also good. I would go back.

The room was very updated, and we could feel the smell of old. The bed was not much comfortable too. Maybe the hotel need to refurbish their rooms. Besides that facts, the hotel was ok, maybe a little overpriced but as all hotels in Naples.

Place overall

Everything was great u til we woke up with bite and bumps next morning only from the fold out bed. My fiancé was covered in bumps all over her arms and sides of her body. She is allergic to bedbugs/mites. Took her two weeks to heal.

The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.

Good hotel overalll. Rooms were confortable, but bathrooms need some updating. Breakfast is as good as a continental breakfast with a some extras items. I

Theres alot people can try to say about furniture being worn out or rust in the tub listen this place will update eventually but it not about the material things its about making memories in a hotel that is exceptionally family friendly and where customer service is awesome! Me and my family had an amazing time that the maintenance needs to clean the rust around the faucet and tub but everything is else from the front desk to the stay pool and all AMAZING!!!

The rust around the tub faucet and the wall paper is a bit outdated and the patio furniture from the pool a bit dirty the janitors need to clean up more but other than that it was doable we managed

Clean , Family environment , staff pretty good as well
