Everything is perfect. Booked another night. Best hotel for my whole trip. Gorgeous view of Cusco city. Warm staff. Beautiful and modern big room. Great value for money price. Highly recommend to everyone who come to Cusco. Most important: it is so quiet to ensure your good sleep. Booked another hotel of a suite room near main square, it was too noisy to sleep, waste money.

We booked this as a treat for a couple nights while still in Cusco after completing the Salkantay trek. The hotel staff were more than happy to keep our 2 large suitcases while we were away which was so convenient. Then when we had completed our trek and were checking in late in the evening the hotel staff were so attentive and even upgraded our room to a garden room. Our suitcases were already inside and the heating was on which was so appreciated as we were so tired and just wanted to be comfortable. The room details are beautiful such as the ceiling beams, the headboard of the bed, the bathroom mirror and many other features that give that boutique feel. And the bedroom window looked out into the little field where the alpacas are which was just precious. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. It was also nice to get away from the very busy and noisy streets of Cusco as this hotel is tucked away a bit at the top of a hill with its own private driveway. All of the staff were so lovely and accommodating which always makes a massive difference. Just overall a fantastic stay!!

Location was only a short walk from the city centre (or a cheap taxi ride up the hill) and right next to both San Cristobal and Saqsaywaman. Views from the hotel common and dining areas were beautiful. Daily buffet breakfast was fresh and varied though the room service menu was limited. Staff were incredible our entire stay, helpful with all our queries and even organised for our laundry to be done before we left for a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu. They stored our luggage whilst we were away and had everything ready for when we returned. They also packed us breakfast with snacks whenever we needed to leave early in the morning. Both stays before and after our trek we were upgraded to a suite - first with views of the Alpacas and second with beautiful views of Cusco. All staff spoke sufficient english and were always warm and friendly.

View on the Alpacas - absolutely amazing. Right outside our room there is a ruin of an old Incan palace. BEAUTIFUL view from the gardens and from breakfast room Breakfast was not the best, but OK.

No dining option. Hotel seems understaffed, given the price - we tried calling / looking for someone at the reception multiple times on different days without success Room and floors were very cold in the evening and late morning - heating turned on only at certain hours, windows are not at all insulated.

The VIEW from the breakfast area! While the hotel was excellent in so many ways, this is what I will remember the most. The hotel is nestled in the hillside just below Sacsayhuamán, and since you are so high up the hillside, the view is exceptional. The breakfast area overlooks the valley and you see Cusco below you. The proximity of the hotel to important attractions is also excellent. Sacsayhuaman is about a 20 minute walk uphill, and the old city center plaza is about 15 minutes walk downhill, which has amazing nightlife and restaurants. Don't worry about returning. Taxis are super cheap and the return journey fro the plaza was about 2.50 USD in the evening, should you not feel like walking. The hotel will hold your bags if you go on excursions and they make breakfast boxes if you have to leave prior to breakfast time. Breakfast is also excellent. They also gave us a room upgrade on arrival without us asking. The beds were comfortable, room was very clean, and the actual hotel is in a very old historic home which has part of an Incan structure still in place behind the building. They also have 2 resident alpacas on site. Very nice cultural experience and very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Traditional house initially built and owned by the reachest Cusco family, then converted into the boutique hotel with few rooms only. This gives a very personal atmosphere. Great view over the town. Good breakfest and very helpful personell

One needs to walk some 10 min downhil to the main squere. The way back from Town is challanging - uphill climbing. However you can take taxi for some 15 soles. Hotel is a little bit pricy as compared to other comparable accomodation in Cusco.

The property was set in a beautiful location with exceptional views. It was really lovely and peaceful stay. The staff was warm, welcoming and really nice.

The place was really wonderful and the service was incredible, but there were only a few tiny notes. The room did not have a tv, which is okay but maybe others may want one, the pillows in our room were super hard, but the hotel staff was really quick to get us a soft one, there was no body soap in the shower and only had hand soap, the WiFi wasn’t great at night in our room, and this is really random, but there was no mirror in the room only in the bathroom. Aside from these tiny nits, we had a wonderful stay and really loved the property.

The staff is charming and very helpful. The hotel is a special boutique hotel with a stunning view (in our case including from the room). Returning to the hotel requires a taxi for 10 soles because the hotel is in the neighborhood of Cristobal on the hill and it is very difficult to walk up (getting down to the main square is no problem and it is a 10 minute walk). The breakfast was perfect.

The water in the shower was not hot enough.

Rooms are large, the bed comfy and the view pays for everything. Best location in Cusco indeed. The history of the hotel is amazing too, colonial decoration and artworks exposed were just amazing, it is like living in the palace in the XVII century! The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel has private parking which is impossible to get in Cusco.

The breakfast selection was a bit poor. The hotel is pricy so I would expect more breakfast choices. The restaurant menu wasn't exciting either but there are plenty of options to get great food in downtown. I can understand promoting national drinks but I would expect the hotel of this category to have access to high-quality drinks and wines from the outside world. It should be a guest's choice what he/she wants to drink, not the hotel's choice.

this property is a refurbished mansion with beautiful views of the cusco city valley. the hotel was wonderfully curated with local artists sculpture and painting a mix of quechua and spanish art. this slice of heaven provided an oasis of calm from bustling and noisy city. just a 10min walk down the hill and 5$ uber cab up if you dont want to brave the hike up (which is not bad at all). the front desk staff was aldo very helpful in organizing dinner reservation and drivers for day visits outside the city.
