Good location right off Hwy 90. With the use of your Nav the city was easily navigated. We enjoyed our suite. Comfy bed, nice linens, soft towels & large shower! Full breakfast: wonderful and the woman who made the breakfast and serviced the area was so sweet. I asked for some suggestions on how to see the city and where to go, she took time (after she had finished her clean up after breakfast) to talk with me and make several great suggestions! We were throughly satisfied!

We LOVED everything about the hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The waterslides were so much fun that we extended our stay to enjoy them longer. Breakfast was excellent both days we were there with multiple options and hot coffee and food. Our room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay.

We would have loved to have the waterslides open earlier, but I understand the need for someone to manage that capability.

We all had a blast on the waterside but disappointed it didn’t open until 4:30 each day. breakfast was great.

The room we got said it slept 6 people. we thought it had 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper but there was no sofa sleeper. We asked how that room could sleep 6, and they said 3 to a bed! The picture online is misleading as it showed 2 beds and a sleeper. The front desk lady said there are no rooms with 2 beds and a sleeper. We went to Walmart and bought a $20 air mattress.

Paying for parking The 5 guest limit for the pool. Once my daughter and her family joined me there was 6 of us. I sat out and couldn't play with my grandchildren. I was not told of the limit when I checked in.

The only disappointment was that booked it with breakfast included so I didn’t mind the upcharge for the room in this size city. The disappoint was the text message later after paying for the room that breakfast was cancelled due to some renovations the hotel was doing. That felt a bit untransparent, just tell me upfront. With that said the team did offer some breakfast fruit and muffins to grab n go. That was thoughtful.

I was not pleased that the room rate was raised so much higher for the weekend. The same room that was $219.00 Wednesday was $449.00 on Saturday

That the slides were only open from 4-9. I probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay if I had known that.

the staff is very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are large, clean, and have comfortable beds. The water park is fun for kids, though when it’s crowded it’s very noisy and chaotic. The pool is just for the water slides, so don’t expect to swim. The fitness center is quite nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great, breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the location was very convenient right by the freeway and airport. Our Kids loved the water slide.

I had wished there was sparkling water in the convenience store...there was only regular water available. A little more variety of drinks would be nice.

Very disappointed that never was it mentioned when booking that the hotel was under construction. When checking in we were told that the usual continental breakfast would not be available. Instead, they had apples and store- bought granola bars, no beverage option. Overpriced rate for 6 hours of sleep :(
