I am very happy to stay at Dunsford Guest House for my five night ! Deb and Keith are very fantastic couple . They helped me a lots about my trip and gave me a lots of good ideas.. My room is beautiful and fell fresh .They put everything just I needed . The room is super clean ,spotless and tidy . I can see the Catbell though my window . What a great stay with them . Breakfast was so lovely and delicious. They offer a lots of Cereal and different fruit and yogurt for my starter and traditional English Breakfast after... Deb gave us a warm greet everyday in dining room .She is very attentive and caring person always has a beautiful smile to everybody .The location in this place is marvellous to the town . Everything is on handy ,very very convenient. This is my favourite place .Thanks again to Deb and Keith I will be back again !! Tack Care for me please! Love

We loved the central location, on a quiet street but within a few minutes walk from the heart of Keswick with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. It was a gentle 10 minute stroll to the lake and the Theatre by the Lake. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with lots of little extras provided to make guests feel welcome. We had an excellent cooked breakfast with lots of additional choices including fresh fruit and cereal. Deb and Keith, are fabulous hosts, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They really put a lot of effort into ensuring that every guest is happy and has everything that they need. It was lovely to meet them.

What a fabulous place, our hosts Deb and Keith were so lovely and welcoming, me and my wife spent 2 days, at their beautiful guest house, located a short walk from the town, and great location for all the surrounding walks catbells, skiddaw, bleancathra and so much more!! Cannot thank them enough for a wonderful break away with my wife, they truly look after you!

Dunsford boasts a great location on a quiet street close to town centre, which is the perfect base for exploring Keswick and the Lake District. The room and facilities were perfect. It's a very well run business, with every possible need catered for. The amazing and delicious breakfast really sets you up for a day of hiking. Saving the best for last, the hosts Deb and Keith are the warmest people you will ever meet, going above and beyond to deliver the perfect vacation. I highly recommend a stay at Dunsford, and hope to return myself one day soon.

Deb and Keith were very welcoming. Helped with our bags very easy to get on with. Nothing was too much trouble always making sure we were OK. Breakfast was amazing. I don't eat a lot but my husband had full English brkfast couldn't fault it. Extra little touches were lovely. Room was fab, clean, tea coffee hotchocolate to drink. Sweets biscuits. Absolutely beautiful. Both were lovely felt like friends. Will definitely be back. 😊

There was nothing I could pick as to say if it just had that. Attention had been thought of on all little details. Even down to little scissors to open sachets of tomato or brown sauces at breakfast as they can be tricky to open. Was just lovely.

We stayed at Dunsford Guest House for 2 nights and so glad we did. Deb and Keith are lovely people and perfect hosts. They made us feel so welcome from arrival (free parking) to saying goodbye 👋. The Guest House is immaculately clean, a comfortable room with so many complimentary treats. The breakfast is one of the best we've had (and we've had plenty of breakfasts over the years in Keswick!). We would highly recommend Dunsford and will return again. Thank you for having us.

A lot to like... I came for the weekend as I had a Ultra Marathon: Great hosts who really made me feel welcome. They went the extra mile for me even to the point of providing me with early breakfast on both days I stayed as I had to leave early on both days! Also left my walking poles in the local chippy there & the amazing hosts offered to post them back to me free of charge! Bless them! I'll definitely stay here again in the near future.

Our hosts were amazing and so helpful with suggestions on where to eat, and walks to do. Breakfast was the best we've ever had in a guest house, with a huge choice of fruits, cereal, yogurts, and cooked breakfast items. Our room was clean and well equipped, with tea, coffee and biscuits refreshed daily. A big bonus is also off street parking to the rear. We will definitely stay here when next in Keswick.

Deb and Keith are wonderful hosts and all round lovely people with a huge passion and pride for their home and their town. They gave us advice on where to walk, where to eat, and made our short stay better for it. Dunsford is clean, comfortable with a perfect location and all the facilities you could need. The private parking is a big plus as well. Thank you again for a great stay!

Only minor issue is the parking to the rear could potentially get a little tricky to navigate if you had a larger vehicle. BUT - Deb and Keith are brilliant with communicating and coordinating guests to avoid block ins, and we certainly had no issues when we were there, and for a normal sized family car you should have no issues.

Lovely breakfast with a great choice of fruit, as well as a good selection of cooked items. The room was comfortable, with a good range of drinks and snacks. The location is central but quiet, and it was great to have designated parking behind the guest house. It was also nice that it was quite a small guest house, with only four rooms, which made it quiet and friendly. Deb and Keith were lovely, welcoming hosts!
