A great little family run B&B! We ended up extending our stay three nights, so we tried two different rooms. The twin room was small but nice and clean. The second room was two queens and was extremely spacious and had a soaking tub. The breakfast is solid and the owners and staff are extremely responsive and helpful. The location is great too- you can walk to the Plaza in 18 min and there are a bunch of great restaurants nearby. I would for sure stay here again.

Not really a downside, but just a note that the fitness center and pool listed are not onsite- they are at a sister hotel 1 mile away.

Conveniently located within .5 - 1 miles within the Railyard area, the Georgia O’Keeffe museum, the Santa Fe Plaza, the Stare Capitol, numerous restaurants, and much more. The Guadalupe Inn is charming and reflects the spirit of New Mexico. Alan and LeAnn, the night managers, are delightful! They are personal and friendly as well as knowledgeable about where to eat and visit around town. I loved my spacious room as well as the delicious breakfast. The jacuzzi tub as well as fireplace were also delightful bonuses! The balcony was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks on.

I can’t think of anything.

Very comfortable bed, great bath products and excellent customer service. The continental breakfast was very good and the dining area was clean, spacious and cozy (love the working fireplace, soothing music and covered outdoor patio). The manager (and owner?) Alan was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my various questions and needs. I appreciate how accommodating he was letting me stay in the common area after check out during the rain storm. I was able to get some work done while I waited for my transportation to my final destination. I also loved how close it was to town. I took a 5 minute Uber downtown and it was only about a 15 minute (pleasant) walk back.

This place is a hidden gem, just a couple blocks away from the Railyard District, and a short walk to historic downtown Santa Fe. Both of the times my partner and I have come to town, we've stayed here. The room we had this time was spacious, and had a private, fenced patio. There's a breakfast included daily, but I recommend getting there as early as possible because choices are limited and if they run out of something, they're out for the day.

The AC units in each room are a little outdated, and can be finicky. But the staff was extremely responsive and they were able to get maintenance to get our troublesome unit back into working condition while we were out enjoying our day.

Very helpful and friendly inn keepers. Provided many insights on what to see in Santa Fe and. the surrounding area, as well as excellent dinner recommendations. The room was comfortable and very large for my needs, and the jacuzzi was enjoyable after long days.

The inn is a bit dated, so if you feel the need for all the latest amenities that have become common, this is likely not the best choice. However, if you are happy with comfortable accommodations, a small TV, somewhat dated furniture, and the most wonderful of hosts, this is a great choice.

Very friendly manager. Told me about the history behind the hotel and gave pointers to good eateries and places of interest. The room was good size, clean and well equipped (although it didn't have a desk). However...

The inn is in a very old building and the room above mine had extremely SQUEAKY floor. On top of that the occupants of that room were very restless pacing until the wee hours of the morning. So, I didn't get any sleep. Your milage will vary of course and you should know better how lucky you are and what are your chances of getting in the same predicament I did. But consider yourself warned.

Within walking distance of restaurants and the Railyard Area. A bit longer walk to the Santa Fe plaza but still an easy walk for those people that are mobile. Very friendly owners. Breakfast was very good but not extensive. Breakfast room was very clean and inviting.

We had only a queen bed that was not the most comfortable. I think there were king rooms, which I would book the next time. We had very noisy occupants above us who stayed up late and got up early in the morning. I might book a room over the parking garage or a second story room next time to avoid overhead neighbors if the room came with a King bed. I thought it was a bit expensive for the room we had, but it was less expensive than many other options in Santa Fe that I checked.

I chose the Guadalupe Inn for the location and the price, but was beyond pleasantly surprised by everything else it had to offer. Rustic, quaint, and friendly. If you want keyless entry and dump your keycard in the box on the way out, the Guadalupe Inn is not for you. If you want a friendly face greeting you on arrival and at breakfast, a community patio for gathering, and a comfortable breakfast area where you can converse with your group or other travelers, this place is for you. I had a kitchenette and a small outdoor patio which I used every day. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Great coffee shop down the street. Downtown Santa Fe only a 15 min walk.

Along with the room being quaint and rustic I could hear every footstep above me, but the kitchenette and outdoor patio more than made up for it and it didn't prevent me from sleeping comfortably,

Good location, walking distance from the historic center of Santa Fe. Ample breakfast with several different hot and cold options. Friendly management and thorough housekeepers. Nice outdoor patio to relax on in the evenings. Rooms are nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable.

My particular room had an extremely noisy and not-very-effective AC unit, seemingly on its last legs. Brick floor of my ground-floor room harbored sugar ants. Broken TP holder in the bathroom needs replacing.

So many things to like about this place! Location is perfect for walking into town. Our room (#9 with two single beds) was clean and comfortable. This Inn has really nice bathroom products and plenty of towels. We also thought the complimentary breakfast was very good - especially the hot breakfast burritos. We enjoyed having two seats on our balcony so we could sit outside. There's also a common patio for everyone with great shade. This Inn made us feel very welcome and would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Fe.
