I don't like resort fees, but the Posada includes shuttle service within 2 miles morning til 10 pm. If you don't have a car, it is essential in Santa Fe because there is NO TAXI service and Uber is unreliable. I used six shuttles in one busy day. Most of the museums and other tourist venues are within shuttle distance, and the drivers are the friendliest and most delightful part of the staff. The property is spectacular, the pool is not usully crowded (though it could be warmer), and the whole experience is first class.

Expensive food and drink should be expensive in a deluxe resort like this. I traveled alone and can afford it, but it would break the bank for a family. My least expensive meal was coffee and a bagel with cream cheese for 16 dollars including tax and tip. A full breakfast runs in the 30 dollar range. A pork chop dinner is 52 dollars without beverages, tax, or tip. One can walk to Palacio restaurant nearby for lunch or dinner. No economical breakfast spot close by.

The amenities were great. Wish there were some kind of food for room service. Even snacks in disposable packaging would be great.

The fact that there was a very large amount approved from my debit card as well as the actual charge for my stay. It cleared my checking, savings and my signature loan. Still not sure if I will get fined for that. When I checked my account on Wednesday it was -$113.00. I didn't check out until Thursday.

Beautiful grounds, a good bar, historic main building, and outstanding location close tp the Plaza

We were in two rooms, after asking to be moved from the first. Bothe smelled strongly of smoke from the fireplaces, the first more than the second. In the first the window was broken and wouldn't open and the bathroom windows were sealed so there was no air circulation so it was hot and hard to sleep. The second room was better but not by much - a front window that barely opened and sealed windows in the bathroom. So we slept very poorly.

Exceptional staff service. Great location. Enjoyed the on-site bar and restaurant for breakfast.

The compound of individual casitas, all unique, with beautiful landscaping with fountains, sculptures, and patios makes LaPasada one of a kind. Full of history and character verses a hotel room.

I was disappointed that when I asked, via email if there was a resort tax and then how much was it; I was providing no information until I checked out. My daughter and I used none of the resort facilities. I did use your valet services for my car.

I love the location, the grounds are very nice. I also like to see that pets are welcome. Very nice staff.

I think a nicer bed mattress would have been nice for the price we paid.

Good, service friendly, food adequate. Apricot jam great. The bar and bartender fantastic. He has been with you for 7 years and I can why. Car service guys and shuttle drivers excellent, knowledgeable and friendly Fantastic art curated.

Menu choices. Creativity of menu. Beds old. Rooms need refurbishing and windows washed. Lights in the bathroom noisy hummm and heater rattles.

Clean grounds, comfy pool chairs, ample meeting space, friendly bar and restaurant staff.

Freezer compartment for refrigerator missing.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, super comfortable beds, large bathroom, and location was great. Just close enough to the square to get a decent walk back and forth.
