Locations was great for the football game we where attending
When I booked this hotel I booked with the intention of using my stay voucher from the NSW government. When I checked in I was told that due to the change of hotel name I could not use it. It would have been nice to have been made aware that the vouchers weren’t being accepted prior to my arrival considering I was sent an email saying that the restaurant wouldn’t be open

I very much appreciated having a small refrigerator and microwave! That helped with our expenses. We could pick up some things at the market, and dine in when we chose to. The staff were excellent and helpful. The lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed have a light meal or a drink there occasionally. When I entered the hotel I felt like I had made a good choice.
The location wasn’t ideal, you have to travel a bit to get to restaurants, shopping, etc. We didn’t rent a vehicle by choice, deciding to use the bus system, which worked quite well! You did have to do some walking but it was manageable. Most of the time we traveled to Dee Why where our daughter lives. Our visit was to spend time with our new grandson!

Really friendly and helpful reception staff, the hotel is a little tired but it does the key things you actually need very well. Bed comfy, shower and bathroom areas clean. AC works nicely and the WiFi is vastly superior to most of the other hotels if stayed in NSW. The price comparative to where you are staying vastly exceeds expectations. If you just want a decent sized room with somewhere to sit and throw a laptop in a pinch, this is great, I spent most of my time out and about.
It's a bit dated and tired and some of the seals on the windows need a bit of work so there's a small amount of noise. The corridor areas would probably be described as a bit ropey.

The service was exceptional! I was there with my daughter for surgery and Rueben asked how he could help with things such as late check out etc and said let him know how he can help with anything at all. He signed me up to Accor as well. He was very professional, while still being thoughtful and kind. He also gave us directions to the hospital and the local shops. I’ve stayed at some fancy places around the world, but have never felt so welcomed in my life.
The inside of the shower was pretty dirty in the corners with dust and hairs that would come off (room 205) the rest of the room was great

The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Throughout, it was very clean, but the shower kind of let ithe score down overall. Love the products provided such as the body was n body lotion etc. Great location, easy to find. Bed was very comfy. Easy check in and out. Overall, even with a couple of negative things in my mind, it was a comfortable and pleasurable quick last minute stay!
Considering the price paid for a standard room in this hotel, I thought $20 for outdoor parking was a bit rich. I also thought it was a little highly priced with not even a mini bar available to purchase from in the room, plus having to pay for parking but it was the weekend for the Taylor Swift concert, so everywhere was over the top, for a one night last minute booking.

Great location around the Manly/Dee Why area. Good taxi and Uber services during off peak times.
Poor cleaning; unhygen broken tiles in the kitchenette and a lack of what would warrant a 4 Star rating. We have been a regular guest for a number of years and have identified a major lowering of quality on this trip. The phone didn't work and when at 3 pm we queried when we could expect the room to be cleaned, we had some action.

Really nice clean rooms. Beds were super comfortable. Easy access to WiFi.
There was some inflexibility about helping with getting bags from our rooms downstairs. We requested a ground floor room due to not liking lifts and were given a third level room. We would have liked to know a ground floor wasn't possible in advance. When we asked about this we were told they're too busy to message their guests. I had made a phone call to confirm the ground floor room and had it confirmed so this felt like someone had dropped the ball.

Room was comfortable and clean. Facilities were good and the location was perfect for me to visit my grandchildren.
I had originally booked some other dates and then I found out that my family had decided to go away at that time. I had a lot of trouble with changing the dates with Booking.com who told me that there was no availability. I rang the hotel directly and was told that was plenty of room. I relayed this information to Victoria at booking.com and she was very helpful. Five minutes after talking to her I received an email saying that my booking cannot be changed! I rang again and spoke to Neil and Victoria had contacted the hotel directly and they were able to change my booking no problem. Just a lot of mucking around.

The hotel ended up being better than what we expected. Rooms are basic, but had everything you would need.! The location was great as it was easy to get around and close to public transport.
The pillows weren’t too comfortable, and our room would get made up late. But nothing too major!

I was very pleased with the kitchenette facilities, and the size of the room. The checking process was super easy and the staff were lovely. The room was also wonderfully quiet, which was a surprise given the very convenient location.
The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. If they had provided cleaning supplies I would have cleaned it myself, as there was a lot of hair!
