Location fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice decor. Room well serviced. Staff friendly. After hours check in worked well. We would definitely stay again.

We needed a second comfortable chair in the room. There was one comfortable chair and a desk chair. The desk chair was too hard to rest in. Egg bacon roll had the smallest egg. Decafe coffee with oatmilk cost more. Wasn't made properly. Just left it. Some flannels in bathroom would be recommended.

Clean, fresh, modern. It was well located for our business meeting next morning. Breakfast was excellent. Really delicious and promptly prepared. Lovely.

While I understand the want by hoteliers for a “security“ deposit I find it offensive that it’s gone immediately from my card but takes 7 DAYS to come back. I offered cash but no, not good enough. I’m not interested in the massively overpriced snack/wine/beer products in the minibar - those prices should cover the loss of the occasional tiny bottle of plonk anyway.

We were told on arrival that the café opened at 7am for breakfast, we weren't however told that we had to book. That became a bit of an issue when 9 of us turned up for breakfast. The young man who was maitre d' in the morning managed to fit us in which was wonderful on his behalf.

Perhaps giving attending guests an optional booking sheet for them to book for breakfast if they so require, and that having to be submitted at an allocated time the night before the booking may be helpful to guests and staff.

Breakfast is at the Sandstone cafe. Most of their trade is from neighbourhood residents and cyclists as there are not many hotel guests. The breakfast menu is very limited with no porridge, cereal, yoghurts or other basic items that one would expect with breakfast. I did find a quinoa/coconut/berries combination that also had a little granola but it was expensive for the size of the portion. the Coffee was very good, however Our room looked out on the garden which was quiet and secluded.

Mattress was very soft. windows don't open not much choice on breakfast menu (above)

The bed was the most comfortable one in any motel/hotel previously. The staff in the Restuarant were great they dealt with all of my allergies requirements. They were great to chat with. Meals were all very nice and fresh.

The coffee/tea cups in the room were very small. Larger ones would be great.

I had breakfast at the cafe downstairs. Lovely place, great indoor and outdoor areas. The room is very spacious, clean and the bed was fabulous. Staff were wonderful. My plans changed so had to check in after 8.30pm but they kindly spoke to me in person a few times to arrange a key in the lock box. Definitely will stay again and arrive earlier so I can have dinner in the cafe.

Nothing.

Quiet, ideal spot. Close to Mona Vake where our party was , and a short drive to beautiful Church Point. Easy walk to a local tavern for dinner, and back to the restaurant for a cocktail. The surrounding enviroment was also lovely. Comfy beds, good shower !

There was only 1 small milk, in the fridge. Maybe a few more please😉

Very clean and quiet though a little off the beaten track. But good bus service can take you into town and there is the Terrey Hills Tavern within an easy walking distance if you fancy somewhere different. The resorts cafe is open every day.

A little far away from Sydney and the beds were quite soft. Only a personal preference. I like a more firm bed.

We stayed here as this is where the wedding was that we were attending. I loved the fact that once at the motel we didn't have to travel anywhere else. The bistro was great for breakfast and lunch and the venue for the wedding was beautiful, just a short walk from the accommodation.
