The location was great. It is walking distance to things we wanted to do in the French Quarter. I liked the availability of refreshing water in the lobby, especially because we were there during a very hot time of year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Our room was overlooked in the cleaning rotation a couple of days. Thankfully, it was taken care of when we alerted the staff. The staff were polite, but only one really seemed approachable. The microwave sat directly on the refrigerator, which sat on the floor. I found it odd that it did not sit on a piece of furniture.

Easy walk to center of French Quarter.

Due to high ceilings or no carpet, was able to hear noises above/aside. Bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly but not a deal breaker since I was alone.

Location, price, staff. Hotel was the best price for it's location. Rooms were typical for an order hotel with room size and some rmodel, staff was great and responsive to our requests, the fun part was walking right into the French quarter, BIG tip the restaurant next door was the best food we had in New Orleans

Loved the location. Within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. Yet, far enough from the noise of the crowds. Hotel staff were very friendly. Housekeepers did a good job on ensuring our room was clean and fresh towels available daily.

We noticed the Hotel had a bit of a musty smell when we got out of the lift towards our room on the third floor. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. No coffee making facility in the room, had to go down stairs to the foyer. The dispensers were not always filled. Unfortunately, you could easily hear the guests moving about on the floor above.

Great location, short walk from everything but quiet right there on Decatur. The front desk staff was so wonderful both at check-in and the next day. We were only there for one night but it was such a cute and classy place to stay.

I don't know what the deal was with the shower in our room. It seemed like it was missing the second door, but maybe it was supposed to be that way? It looked recently remodeled, nice tile with pristine grout and very modern shower door hardware, but there was only one glass shower door on these fancy modern looking wheels on the track that were caulked into place so that it wouldn't slide. The side of the shower door was sealed to the wall with caulk too. There was no second door to close to the shower and the top of the shower door wasn't even a double track that would support two doors. You just stepped in and turned on the water and tried to get warm in the drafty shower stall.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to walk to many French Quarter destinations. Easy to get back at night, close proximity to lots of dining options.

We had an issue with our room keys deactivating several times during the week. One of the days we were there, other guests actually opened our door with their key and walked into our room. The hotel should really work on updating their key system.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They made sure our family was in close proximity to each other and made sure my parents had trusted transportation back to the airport.They kept many personal complementary supplies at the front desk, which was nice! Also, there is always fresh coffee and hot water. If they happen to be out, they replenish right away! The location is great.The kids enjoyed the market being within a couple of doors. Coterie is a solid choice for breakfast, as is The Ruby Slipper. Walk a few blocks to Evangeline for supper. You will not be disappointed. Self parking worked very well! It is a short walk, in a covered location, attached to Canal Place. The rooms are simple and nice. There was a great number of towels. Supplies were replenished daily. I felt very safe and secure!

Overall, there is not much to complain about. I would have liked less dust under the beds, but seriously, I didn't notice that until I was checking to make sure we didn't lose anything as we were leaving. Also, a little scrubbing of the paint splatters after renovation/repaint would go a long way! Again, these are just little adjustments that would go a long way, and neither would keep me from booking at this property again. The property is very well kept. Thank you for a great stay!!!

The location was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to figure out- make sure you check in before parking (rather than parking first and thinking it will be validated afterward). Overall it was a great stay!

I see what people meant by the toilet being in a very narrow spot- luckily it was okay for us but I can see that being an issue for others. The hot water ran out very quickly but it was fine.

Hotel was brilliant. The room was really big and very clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was brilliant. The bed was super comfy! The staff were polite and helpful :) The hotel is really smart and the the location is very close to the french quarter. (the restaurant next door is also brilliant!!)

the noise at night from the french quarter can be a bit loud but that isnt the hotels fault!!

It was a good place to stay. I liked the room and staff.

I was given written confirmation that parking would be $20. It was $28. The explanation was a3rd party lot had increased the price. I did not like that but our stay was so pleasant that I got over it.
