The location cannot be beat. If we ever go back to NOLO, we will stay here! The elevators were plentiful and came fast every time; making the high floor with view a pleasure. Very comfy beds.

Really just stay here 🙂‍↕️but IF I had a critique it would be tear up the rugs and do a bathroom tub/ shower renovation (this seems to be everywhere these days. I am sure it’s expensive and time consuming so it’s not done frequently enough maybe?). Do not let this stop you. It’s the perfect place to stay.

The location is great. The valet parking is super easy and comfortable (the "carport" area makes it SAFE and easy). The bed was actually comfortable for me.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't great. We like it pretty cold and the cooling system was a bit underwhelming (but not uncomfortable). When I was checking in, a room with a King bed wasn't available so either I had to choose a room with two beds or pay upcharge for a preferred view room. I made my choice, so that's on me, but was a little disappointing.

the bed was the best in comfort and pillows were excellent......wanted to swim but we went to the pool and was rather dirty so did not swim.....breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent.............we paid 50 dollars for valet parking ...i have stayed at other hotels that did not charge for valet parking ......hotel was in good location and very close to the carnival ship that we got on sunday afternoon......

Hotel was in perfect location for walking to everything and far enough away from noise. Very clean and updated Rooms . Staff very friendly and helpful. Food /drinks were excellent but expensive. But we had a great time. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for Sugar Bowl and New Years. Room rate was high for double room but expected for last minute.. Extra 62.00 a day for valet parking because we had SUV, which I felt should be included or less . No mini fridge or microwave but there was coffee maker. Which was nice since tarbucks line in hotel was very long .

The location is really good, you can walk to all the places or take the street car just in front of the hotel. The room is nice with a cool view of the city, a very decent space and clean. Also, the AC worked perfectly.

The hotel is huge, so you have a lot of people in it. Because of that, there is a constant noise of people coming and leaving their rooms throughout the day/night which makes hard to sleep sometimes (specially when you have people that don't care about others). Also, even though you are outside the Bourbon street, there is a lot of noise coming from the city (we were on the 35th floor and could still hear all of it). The bed was good but I hated the pillows.

I loved the location of our room on the 42nd floor. We had a great view of the Mississippi River and bridge and loved the access to The Club that provided lots of breakfast items in the morning and snacks in the evening, including bottled water and sodas. The bed was very comfortable! Plus, the hotel is literally a block across the street from entering the French Quarter, so that area, with all the restaurants and shopping it offers, was easily accessible.

I didn't like that there was no mini refrigerator in the room!! For the price of the room I surely would think that there would be a fridge in it.

We were there for the Eras Tour. I loved that they had a friendship bracelet station free to Bonvoy members. They also had glitter stations staffed with makeup artists in which you can tip what you can afford. There was also an Eras Tour backdrop for photos. After the concert when most restaurants in the vicinity are closed they had a taco bar set up for a reasonable fee. Definitely impressed with the hospitality we experienced this stay.

The pillows were too soft.

The breakfast choice was excellent and comparable to a five star hotel in Europe. The elevators were brilliant - plenty of them, and very efficient - never had to wait long given the hotel was high rise.

Eating in the lobby - the food was good, but the menu was limited and so was the seating. We would have preferred to eat dinner in the Le Roux Bistro on the 2nd floor overlooking lobby, but it was not open in the evening. The Marriott across Canal street had a larger dining area and had more comfortable seating.

I enjoyed myself at the Sheraton Hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The valet was exceptional. they made you feel luxurious when dropping off your car, holding your door, and putting your luggage in your car. The bar at the Sheraton Hotel was exceptional, and Bryan was an amazing server. The location was perfect on Canal Street for us to get around to other places in a New Orleans.

The only thing I didn't like was the full-size beds, I thought we had queen-size beds per the room stating city view, queen-size beds, but they were full beds.

The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Wonderful staff. Very safe with staff guarding the elevators in the evenings so only guests could get passed the lobby bar.

The pipes in the showers got VERY loud when hot water was used. Seemed to be an issue throughout the hotel because we could also hear when our neighbors would turn on the shower.
