The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good, and even a few vegan options available. The highlight was the waffel maker. Room had a huge bed, was cleaned and prepared every day and we always had coffee to make in the room.

The room was on the side of the main road and was a bit noisy at night

I liked that there was some variety to the breakfast each day along with some staples like fresh fruit and yogurt. The coffee was definitely not to my taste as there was only light roast or decaf. I prefer a stronger blend. The hotel was an easy commute from the Johnson Space Center where we were attending the SEEC conference.

The total lack of water pressure in the shower! The water spray was so gentle and sparse even early in the morning.

Rooms were nice, appeared clean

1. Sink stopped up in the bathroom 2. Outdoor pool looked a little dingy. Small debris present in pool, no odor so went ahead and swam in the pool(kids were dying to swim.) Water was warm. Laid out clothes to dry on the vent over night and swim suits partially dried but smelled horrible. Hand washed them, rinsed them out but still smelled awful the next morning. Pool needs a little more care.

Breakfast was fine, just as expected. Everything was clean, cleaning service in the morning was good. I asked for a quiet room with a view, and they gave me that, so I appreciated that.

The ice machine on the third floor was broken, so I had to go to the second floor. The ice bucket doesn't keep the ice from melting, so I had to make multiple trips. For some reason, the digital key didn't work in the app. I used the digital key in the app at another location just last week. The front desk staff were not interested in assisting. Coffee pods in the room taste terrible and the powdered creamer didn't dissolve into the coffee. Weird.

This place was the CLEANEST hotel we've ever stayed, absolutely from the front door to our entire room. Everything looked brand new as well. Perfect bed, new fluffy pillows. We had a great marina view. (room 202) Breakfast had a huge selection, including eggs, ham, fresh fruits, yogurt....too much in mention! The front desk lad was Haydn and he was super with customer service, we came in hot and he gave us a complimentary bottle of water. He answered all of our questions with patience, they also had fresh baked cookies in lobby!

Nothing really negative except it was on a 4 lane highway you had to cross over if you went to Galveston, lots of heavy traffic.

Overall best hotel I've stayed out hands down. The lady in the morning shift was great and friendly very helpful. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Breakfast area was great too. Housekeeping was great and super fat since we were s stay over.

There's is not 1 thing I can complain about. Great service!

The free breakast was about as good as could be expected for free. Thew only thing that cdould have been improved wa teh staff member lecturing me, a disabled lawyer, on how the ADA does not apply to PTSD, so she could charge me for my servie dog. I did not want to make a scen, so I went along wih being overcharged, but under teh Americans with Disabiltiies aAct, she is only allowed to ask if he is a service animal, not pass judgment on what my disability is and tehn charge me anyway.

JUst the3 interraction about my service dog at he front desk. Everything else was fine.

The room was beautiful, and it was very clean. The music playing by the elevators was nice.

The bed was a little too hard. The ice machine was out of ice the entire time we were there. It was sometimes difficult to make a left-hand turn onto Nasa Road 1, because the hotel is right by a curve and you can't see the cars until they are right by your stop sign.

It's close to NASA & to the Seabrook Classic Cafe, which has wonderful food, coffee, pies. Hampton Inn & Suites always have great breakfasts, with multiple choices. You can see the Bay from this hotel, & the swaying palm trees.

The 2nd night, it was very windy all night, which created a howling effect, from a wind tunnel.
