Lots of room! Quiet, nice big TVs I was staying there for 3 days while working at NASA on site. Easy drive to work. Elevators are good. Staff went out of their way to help me as they closed before I could make it to front desk.

The pics make the furnishings look more substantial than they are; it felt like an old apartment complex with fresh paint and redesign that will fall apart within a short period of time… kind of like military billeting for senior NCOs/CGOs but design is more modern looking over older structure. There was a slightly strange chemical smell in the room that I couldn’t place… not enough to make me leave. Biggest concern was location when I arrived at night, but it looked much safer during the day. Wish there was a 24/7 front desk.Not a fan of the town Weber that it’s in, but others may be fine with it.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for one month. The unit has a functional work desk and chair that is good for working remotely. We also cooked most of our meals using the good-sized refrigerator and stovetop. The room is newer and more spacious than most long-term stay hotels nearby. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants, everything is within 5-10 minutes drive.

We stayed in the room facing the major street with lots of traffic noise throughout the day and early evening. If you are sensitive to noise, I suggest requesting a room facing the side street.

Clean, quiet, good location. We arrived there after hours. The desk clerk was very sweet and helpful when I called to let her know that we would be there late. She explained that our key cards and registration would be left in a lock box. Then we got a text message explaining where the lock box would be, how to get in the door, and how to get to our room. When we walked into the room, there was a lamp on and a screen saver on the TV! Very welcoming! We will stay there, again.

Everything was great.

Nice appartment with anything one needs for a longer stay. The exact location in the area does not really matter, as a car is anyway needed to get arround. But there are some restaurants in walking distance and the barbeque area in the center of the hotel is perfect to sit an evening. I have been there before and would book here again.

I liked that it was centrally located to the places that we needed to go, such as a Kemah and League City The space center and Buc-ee’s in Texas City.

I know it wasn’t really anybody’s fault, but the toilet tissue holder was broken and the floor without carpeting felt a little dirty in some areas. Nothing that whatever stop me from coming back again though.

The staff!! best staff ever! Tofi and Sky, honestly, are the best persons we’ve ever met, they helped us a lot, we will never forget their kindness and sensitivity. We thank you a lot! The room was clean, spacious and modern, kitchen included almost all kitchen accessories. Also, we liked the wi-fi connection, it was fast. Convenient parking. Convenient location, a lot of stores and shopping malls around there.

It was conventionally located.

There was no trash pickup. We had to carry our trash out to a large industrial-type bend. It would have been nice to have a trash pickup a couple of days a week.

Property was comfortable and really clean! I love that there was a bedroom versus the traditional hotel style room. Also, there was full kitchen appliances!

Water didn’t get hot really. It was warm enough to bathe but if you like to shower in hot water (like I do), this is a drawback.

Fantastic suite room in a good location with enough parking. Perfect for staying like home. Very responsive staff and really willing to help with the requests

Missing basic cleaning stuff on the kitchen like hand cleaning stuff and kitchen roll, which is a nice to have when arriving and wanting to be like at home

King Suites are around 46M2 which is really good space compared by others. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is still new constructed and all the utilities are brand new. Using the smart phone Digital key access is a life saver.

Rooms lobby and elevator are not cooled by ACs. You can't have daily housekeeping, but they provides towels and supplies wherever required.
