The hotel is in a good location and close to stores, restaurants and University of Houston Clear lake The rooms are clean, updated decor they also provide free coffee and laundry. Spacious parking. a gazebo and dog walk. The rooms have kitchens with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave and refrigerator. Nice size rooms. Jash the general manager and his front desk Elizabeth went above and beyond to accommodate my hotel stay thank you!. The price is good I would come back.

I saw a couple of night crawlers.

The bed was comfy. The room was quite spacious. The windows provided a great view. The kitchenette was great, as was the refrigerator and toaster. The handicapped shower was excellent, complete with shower bench. The only complaint was an unlighted parking lot, making it very difficult to see at all. Also, snack & beverage machines would have been great, along with free coffee in lobby, as well as canisters of ice water. Just a thought or two. We will be back. Just please turn the lights on in the parking lot, please! We saw them! Anne & David Payne

Due to my previous residency in the vicinity, familiarity became an additional key factor in my decision-making process. In addition, the affordability of the accommodation, coupled with the inclusion of a small kitchenette featuring essential appliances such as a microwave and a fridge, is a distinct feature that sets it apart from certain contemporary hotel establishments.

I don't like that they're now charging for parking. I believe it's $10 a day. It's not like they care about your car if it were to get vandalized.

I like the kitchenette amenities and the bed was comfortable.The place was quiet, clean and at a great location close to the restaurants, malls, and beaches.

I prefer if they did full service on cleaning up the rooms for 5 days.They only do it for longer stays but otherwise it was great.

Tiera the host that checked us in. She was amazing very helpful. Definitely a people person shared with us where to go and quality food. Also things to do while there. She was extremely nice. It is a perfect place if you need a place for a longer stay near LPI, NASA or Boing offices. Good location next to many different restaurants. It has a full kitchen (minus oven), basic kitchenware etc. It is really clean (even my husband was impressed by the cleaning quality!). And the desk staff was just amazing - we had a lot of packages send to us, and they were really helpful. Really recommend!

The location was perfect for me and my daughter to visit NASA. Love Space City!!

The maids didn't clean the room while we were staying in it. I prefer daily housekeeping.

It was clean and smelled great.

There was a dog that was in the room next to us that barked all night long they also stomped on the floor. there were flees that bothered us both nights. The toilets didn’t flush if you put the toilet paper in it.

Fully equipped kitchen, great mattresses and close to NASA

Staff were not particularly helpful when we had a blocked toilet, although they did finally allow us to change rooms.

I like the cleanliness of the accommodations and the providing pots, pans, plates, utensils, paper towels & dish detergent.

Many of the washers/dryers were out of service.
