Location is excellent. I like the quick, no human touch check-in process. I like that there is a microwave to heat our food, ice maker, and water dispenser. There are vending machines for water, iced tea, coffee and beer. The lobby is wide and open. I am able to work, do a video call with privacy even in the lobby. There is even a printer free to use. There is also a laundromat though you have to pay 30Yen for the laundry powder, 200Yen for a 31-min full load wash, and 100Yen for a 11-min dryer, which you can top up to fully dry your clothes. But all equipment are new so the experience overall is great!

It is kind of slippery on the ice maker area as some people would dispense more ice cubes than their paper cups can handle. Excess ice cubes tended to fall on the tiled flooring that created a puddle. My 11-year old kid slipped on it one night and badly hurt his knee. The staff hurried and wiped the puddle when they saw us and were very kind to ask if they could also wipe dry my son's shoes. I politely declined and said that it is fine. Maybe you can put some carpeting on some areas in the lobby for added safety. Also, in our 6 nights stay, we only had the chance to experience the complimentary breakfast once because the breakfast is from 6.30-9am only. Coffee flows until 10am though. Maybe you can extend the breakfast hours?

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The establishment itself is charming, well-sized, and impeccably clean. Its proximity to the train station, shopping centers, and various restaurants is undoubtedly a major advantage.

One notable issue during my stay occurred in the luggage locker area. Despite having checked out, I stored my luggage there. When I returned from shopping and tried to dispose of paper bags, communication barriers with the cleaning staff created stress. Despite using Google Translate, the language barrier and a weak basement signal made it hard to convey my question. Though the situation was eventually resolved, it escalated to the point where I felt on the verge of tears, as I perceived unnecessary rudeness when I was just asking a simple question about where to throw the paper bags. Additionally, the responsiveness of the hotel staff decreased as our check-in date approached, making it challenging to obtain timely assistance.

Modern hotel with very clean rooms and great access to the subway and nearby Dotonbori. They allowed our group of 3 (2 adults and 1 pre-teen) so the room provides much higher value for the price paid. The complete breakfast buffet was a bonus. We booked this hotel for the location and the price, and both expectations were exceeded. We would surely book this hotel again even if we are only 1 or 2 persons traveling.

It was a nice room, the perfect size for a solo traveller. The bathroom was small but that’s pretty standard for hotels in Japan. Amenities were provided in the lobby, including pyjamas and practically anything you could need. The hotel breakfast was also nutritional and tasty, with plenty of options. The location was really convenient, there was an entrance to Namba station right outside the hotel entrance, though you did have to walk around 5 minutes inside the station to get to the train lines. Dotonbori was only around a 15 walk away, which was also really nice. Overall, I would really recommend staying here.

The bed was a bit hard, and the pillow was flatter than I was used to, but it ultimately wasn’t that big of a deal.

The hotel looks new, lobby is big. Laundry and dryer are new and there's alot of them to choose from and you do not have to wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was within walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori. Hotel room was bigger than what we have stayed previously in Japan, and there's also a small coffee table and chairs in the room.

Vending machine, microwave and drink area was very tight and squeeze. It would have been better if the space was bigger. Breakfast choice was a bit limited, there's no mixed rice where we had in Sapporo hotel branch. There's also smokers hanging outside the hotel entrance.

didn't have breakfast, and it ends quite early already at 9 am. The location is great, and the cleanliness is on a good level with one exception I experienced in my room.

Upon arrival, I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, but it disappeared soon and I realised that it's the type occurring when the bathroom hasn't been used for a while. Hopefully, it was just that. Didn't like the bed that much to be honest, would love it to be a bit more soft. But my back didn't complain though, so they might be healthier this way :)

I did like the breakfast buffet -it was great to try some new things! Location is excellent! I also got late check out for 1000yen per hour (for 2 hours). The reception area has some tea and face cream that were both lovely! Kettle in the room was a big help to have a hot drink! There is a Lawson's next door so the fridge was a bonus too! After a long flight it was a good stay for me getting in late at night before I moved on!

The bed was a bit hard for my taste and I couldn't work out the vending machine instructions, the pictures weren't very good and I had no cash on me - you need cards to make it work.

The location was perfect. Nice and close to Dotonbori and Amerikamura for shopping. The staff were all so friendly always greeting us when entering the lobby. They have laundry facilities, a vending machine and a water cooler to refill your water bottle. And to top it off, breakfast was free and delicious! If you can, try and stay at a Toyoko Inn during your stay in Japan.

The only thing we regret is not booking at a Toyoko Inn at other cities.

Staff (front, man) with glasses was not so nice. We just visited this hotel first time and don't know process of self- check in. We tried to do and wanted his help. When we still not understood what system ask about accompany. He try to explain but not clear for us. He show dissatisfaction and no other staffs help. They just look us and ignore. Let us with this staff. Not impressed this staff (man with glassses) very much. That is why we didn't rate this hotel previously. Other things of this hotel (facility, foods etc.) are very good.

The laundry machines did a great job, and it isn't an obvious thing after other machines in different hotels that ruined our clothes . Stuff were kind, helped us get a taxi in the day we left to the airport. Breakfast was nice. Nothing too exciting though. Good location with nearby 7 - 11, and subway station.

Small room, not comfortable (managed to get suitcases under the bed, but still was hard to move there a little bit. Very like any other hotel we have been in Japan. You pay for location only.
