Location - closed to Dotonbori, Amerikamura, coffee shops and convenience stores Staff - friendly and polite Cleanliness

Smell of grilled food coming out of the vent at certain times at night or late afternoon (Corner room on the 2nd floor, forgot if it's room 204 or 215) Other than this, everything is 10/10.

The hotel is close to Dontobori, just like 5 mins away. The location is amazing if you plan to walk around the city. The hotel is absolutely amazing for the price, and the bed is comfy. In the room, have free water, mini fridge and towels for your stay. The bathroom is a bit small, like Japanese style. But enough for you to make a hot tub after a long walk for a day. For the price I pay I think this hotel is amazing especially all staff.

- you have to return the key every time you go out. - They can not speak English much, but try their best to communicate with all the guests,that is awesome.

The receptionist did her best to communicate with us even with a language barrier. We were able to check in easily even if we arrived late at night. The hotel is indeed walking distance from Namba Station and to Dotonbori area. Good hotel for transiting!

The bathroom is really small especially for bigger people. My brother had a hard time using the toilet since he is more than 6ft tall. However, I believe this is standard for hotels in Japan as we saw the same setup on our Tokyo hotel.

Location ! Super close to Dotonbori; however, the area was a bit weird at night. Not sketchy or dangerous, but weird. Still really nice though. My room was extremely spacious for the price. It was clean, the lighting was great. I enjoyed the decor, the amenities.

There's a lot of noise and yelling outside of the streets at night, but it is what it is. Not that big of a deal.

Near Namba station,it is very convenient to walk to the train station and it is easy to walk to Shinsaibashi area. For family is great because there are beds for individual person.

I am not sure the condition about dropping key card at the front when leaving the hotel.

The location was great. I love Namba. Although I was alone, I got a twin room for a very good price. The people working there were very cordial.

The only peculiarity is that you need to leave a card key anytime you go out (even for a quick visit to a convenience store) and to show your paper receipt to get the key.

Easy to find and locate. Near train station. And right near Dontonburi strip for the night-life food and activities. Stayed in a 3 bed room. Great value for money.

Shower was a bit small but that's expected for a room of that size. Otherwise, a great room for the value we paid for.

Room 205 the triple room and room 216 twin room is less spacious compare to our previous stay. but with the price we paying, we get more than what we pay.

can’t really communicate with the staff. Staff told us there is no taxi to airport and can’t help us to book one but APA hotel staff could accommodate our request. So hmm…

Location is just a block away from Dotonbori. Very good location & access to transportations.

The Toilet is very very small.. i barely fit in the toilet. My head bumps on the ceiling

the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they don’t speak English but trying hard to translate everything to help us, we really appreciate the help especially from Mr. 福知, thank you so much for your service!
