Location is very convenient to go to restaurants and shopping. It is also next to OCAT which is great as we can just take the bus from Kansai airport to the hotel without carrying the luggage up and down the stairs in the train station. For people who never travelled to Japan before, it is wise to pick a hotel that a bus can take you to the hotel as the train lines can be quite complex and some of the train stations don't have lifts or escalators for transfer.

You can feel quite hot in the bathroom after shower. It appears that the exhaust outlet is not good enough to let the steam out. Also there is no adjustment for the shower head - it means that you cannot move the shower down a bit when you wash your hair. You have to be careful so it won't have the shower head spread the water behind the shower curtain.

Very nice luxurious atmosphere when we enter the hotel. Beautiful scents around the reception area. Staff were all very polite and helpful. I received complimentary skin care packages which was nice surprise. I loved the “Mist” shower head. There was a supermarket nearby which was very convenient. So close to station, too 👍

Room seems clean however, when I picked up something from floor, also picked up some hair (not mine) which was disappointing.

The hotel is within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The subway is just nearby and it's convenient to move around the city and to walk to take different lines to different places. There is a supermarket just below the hotel and is super convenient to get essentials. and it closes quite late There are also nice cafes just below the hotel - Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Italian Tomato for lovely breakfast. We took the bus back to the airport which was super convenient, and purchase of bus ticket was easy. Don't consider taking the train to KIX airport as the Namba-Nankai station is way too far to lug your luggage and walk. Take the bus instead which is just below the hotel and it's super efficient and convenient. We love the location and the hotel and would seriously consider staying here again if we return to Osaka. What we also like is that booking.com arranged a free airport transfer to the hotel and it really helped, especially when we just landed and was unfamiliar with the place and it was sunset by the time we landed in Osaka.

The room was a little small with a very small round table which was quite difficult for 2 people to sit down to eat and also to put our luggage and move around. There were also not enough hangers. Other than that, I think it's bearable, considering the fact that hotels in Japan are relatively small.

Good location. Directly exit through the subway path from JR Namba (about 800m) . The closet station is Yodsubashi Line (y15) about 300 m. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. That's very convenient ! The view from my window is very beautiful. I love it !! Good pajamas, very confort texture. Big room, two luggages can be opened together at the same time.

A little bit dusty in the room. Otherwise everything's clean.

Overall great stay. Place was close to dontonburi with a 12 mins walk. Walkable via underground around 15 mins. Bus to Teppozan for the Aquarium is just outside the hotel. 10 mins train ride at JR station to Tsūtenkaku. Toyota rent a car is also just right outside. A few great places to eat with great reviews around the 400m radius Rooms were spacious and offered great city view no matter which rooms. 4A 2C at the corner room with 2 twins bed was comfy enough

Didn't offer laundry mat for washing clothes but there is one outside the hotel 3 mins away. Hotel didn't have much facilities. Hotel breakfast buffet was 4500 yen per pax.

Great location in Namba. Walkable to Dotonburi and just over the JR Namba Station (this station connects to the larger Namba station which you can get to underground which was nice since we had some rain). Neighborhood felt safe to walk around at night. Staff was able to hold our bags since we had an early flight in. They also were very helpful in setting up shipment of our bags to our next hotel in Tokyo. We had a great view over Osaka from our room (floor 28). We also loved the grocery stores in the basement area below the building. Room was clean. Loved the pajamas too.

Bed was a bit hard. The key for the lights was a bit annoying.

Everything was great during our visit. The room is as expected and beyond with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities (more than we expected). Location is very convenient from namba station exit 30. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. Each of them is willing to help you anyway they can. We got luggage delivered to hotel with no issue. They also stored our luggage safely during the last day so we could enjoy town after check out for few more hours. They also helped us transport some luggages to next destination. We were on 30th floor and water pressure is better than at our house.

The bed was super comfortable, and the view on the 31st floor is highly recommended. The room service was great, and we had fresh towels every day as well as any other requests. The staff is very professional and friendly. They helped us ship our luggages to the next hotel for 2 days after our checkout (we were staying in a small town for 2 nights so we needed our luggages shipped to Kyoto which was the stop after that). The staff called the Kyoto hotel staff and explained the situation, it went very smoothly. The hotel is also close to Namba and JR Namba stations, with access directly from the underground within the building. There are Family Marts close by, with 1 being in the OCAT mall right next to the hotel. We recommend the hamburger steak restaurant in the mall if you need a break from the busy Dotonbori-like areas ;). There is also a mini Family Mart right below the hotel. Next to it, there's a machine to recharge your Suica card if yours was depleted from the Nara trip :P.

The room we booked for two wasn't that big, but it still falls within the standards for Japanese rooms, so this is more of a nitpick. Overall, it was pretty good.

1. Location: -It's the perfcet location for tourist stay for 1st visit, easy to approach in the underground of subway, and JR Namba station. - It's good to walk to other attractions, such as 心齋橋,道頓崛 through the underground street in the winter time, it's warmer. Moveover, there is a lot of stores, restaurants in variety of style to get for a meal. - There is a family-mart underground to get drinks, food, Center squrare(like supermarket) as well (Duty free). 2. Service on the counter - Receptionist are welcome to answer question with smile, and help find some spots while asking question to them. - Put the luggage after checking out for temporary, it's really good service for tourist visiting attractions surrounding without carring heavy lugguage. 3. Facility - City view room can overview the city landscape, it's good. - Shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel is equipped, hair band, shower towel as well. - Can Lay luggage flat and wide open for the room with city view.

The location of the property was great, it was really close to the eating and shopping areas and you can take a bus to Topanzan area. Take exit number 30 from Namba station. the room was fairly spacious for Japan standards and it was clean.

The rooms felt slightly dated and a small annoyance was that the curtains were not completely black out with a gap at the bottom of the curtains, letting light through.
