Very clean. Wonderful breakfast. The room was perfect.

It took over an hour to check into the room and we missed an appointment, but they compensated for it.

I thought the breakfast was good. The staff working the breakfast were working hard but definitely needed more help to keep everything going. Lines got long and things ran out while they were trying to manage. First day had extra help but after that, the extra help was non-existent. The gym was fantastic and had a wide selection of equipment to choose from. Best hotel gym I've used.

2 of the 4 days, the front desk help had a difficult time communicating with me due to a language barrier. One time in particular, I had to wait while she got the manager to help me. Staffing at the breakfast area worked hard but definitely needed more personnel. Lines got long and things ran out while they were trying to manage. Mechanically speaking, the shower needs to be sealed differently. Due to the design, water always pooled up on the floor and saturated the bath mat and extra towels.

All good, Amber at check in was very helpful, signed me up to their loyalty program thus reducing the cost of parking by half. I had read some very mixed reports about the hotel, but room was excellent and I had no issues. Location was good. Some reviews about homeless by hotel, but a common sight In Nashville, regardless of where you stay.

Breakfast can be a bit chaotic depending on times, scrambled eggs awful, wouldn’t even serve them, or change the recipe. Strangely, I got bitten 2-3 times over the 2 night stay, room was very clean but not sure if a dust mite or maybe from a previous pet, as they are allowed.

I loved the room and breakfast was excellent. Our room had a nice little kitchen fully stocked with pots, plates, and pans. The mini fridge and TV were more extensive than I expected. We really enjoyed the kitchen island and the shower was excellent too. I would definitely come back and stay here. The hotel was a short 8-minute walk to Broadway/Downtown Nashville, where everything is situated.

Breakfast ended at 9 AM because we stayed during the week. I didn't wake up early enough for breakfast because we had a long day but my dad appreciated the breakfast and the fact that there was cut fruit.

It’s a small buffet breakfast , exactly what you would expect . Nothing out of the ordinary , coffee was hot and good It’s something to start your day with . Impossible to keep everything hot and fresh with many people going down at the same time . In and out parking with no extra fee is great . Room and hotel were clean and comfortable

Waffle machine would have been nice at buffet, last day there was no hot water due to a mechanical issue out of their control . Bar area only had small sandwiches and burgers but they were good

I liked the security of the hotel. It was also very clean. It had comfortable bed and furnishings. The price was exceptionally high, but I know it was because of the Billy Joel concert. I also booked last minute. I liked most everything about the hotel. My room was quiet. I liked that I didn't hear any noise. The staff was great. The front desk people were nice and helpful. I felt safe.

I didn't like the continental breakfast. The powdered eggs made me sick that afternoon. I felt gas on my stomach from what I believe was the eggs. There were no good breakfast choices. I did not like the breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and close to many local attractions - within walking distance. It appeared as though the hotel was in an area being developed, so some of the spaces around the hotel were vacant lots. However, the area felt safe. Onsite, secured, parking was a plus, albeit a bit expensive. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel bar was a bit underwhelming. While the bartender did his best to accommodate, it just didn't seem comfortable. More like have a drink and leave.

My 12 yo daughter and I loved this hotel from when we checked in, the front desk was amazing. We loved that you had to use a key card to get to the rooms. We loved that the laundry facilities were complimentary. The H bar and restaurant was AMAZING and the bartender there was so entertaining and a people pleaser. We were treated with true southern hospitality from the minute we walked in until we left 5 days later at 5am. I would highly recommend the Hyatt House and we plan on coming back soon.

There was nothing we didnt like.

Location was perfect- center of lots of attractions and shopping destinations. Parking was very easy. Breakfast was decent if unimaginative. Staff was always courteous and helpful, so I think the shortcomings were probably due to understaffing.

Hotel rooms are devoid of character- very bland. I wans't expecting luxury, but the rooms were cold and boring. Gym and swimming pool were always missing towels. I was asked to text a number if I had certain needs, but no one ever responded, so I ended up going to the front desk anyway
