Loved my room! Comfortable bed, high windows with a city view, really nice shower room. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So much variety and you can take away to eat in your room. Lots of towels provided too and if you want room service just let reception know. TV had you tube to watch. Pool was nice and a lively bar/restaurant if you want it and also the gym facility was great. Very central so can easily walk to the action but away from the main strip.

Lifts could take ages and sometimes queue. Quite expensive.

Cleanliness, location, pool area, breakfast, room

Prior to checking in my credit card was charged for the stay of 3 nights, which was fine. But on the 2nd day of my stay I was charged an additional $300.00 that I was not made aware of for “incidentals”. I had to go to the check in desk to inquire about this charge and was told I would be refunded upon checking out but will take 5 to 7 business days to release. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me that upon checking in.

I love the location! staff are nice. Breakfast is good but we were served a chocolate milk that expires on the same day. Also, there was only one waffle maker so there was a long line for it. Bed is very comfy but pillows are so soft that my head gets buried on them. I love that there’s kitchen too.

No toilet amenities but only shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No slippers nor bottled water. The valet is a third party they said. Our car is new but it was scratched when we got it the next day. Manager said it was not from them but it was not from us either. Not really happy with that. I hope next time we just have an option on parking our car for ourselves instead of having a valet parking for the hotel.

The location was excellent! At check in the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and top notch. The breakfast was fantastic and comfortable. Lots of food and space to relax. The valet person (Wes) was also top notch and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location again. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff is excellent! Breakfast ok. Location is great, close to restaurants, Broadway and other attractions. The rooms are clean but I was unable to easily access information about the hotel amenities like restaurant, bar hours etc. without going outside of the room or making a call.

The scenting in the common areas of the hotel is overwhelming so if you are sensitive to perfumes, you could develop a headache or have nausea pretty quickly. The heavy scent would be the one thing that would hold me back from staying at this hotel again. If you are not bothered by that, then it’s a good hotel to stay at. The guest rooms actually had a fresh, clean scent.

The location was perfect! The pool/bar area was very nice and very clean. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations and the staff did an excellent job keeping it stocked for the guest.

The only negative was the elevator situation - they could use a couple more.

the property location is great too f you want to be close to downtown without hearing all the noise and the crowds. the gym is wonderful, pool very accessible, and breakfast is delicious.

it’s a non smoking room yet someone in a room smoked which came into my rooms bathroom through the vent. that the bad, but I called the front desk and they immediately brought a machine to clear the air. for safety reasons I couldn’t be in the room while it was running which did inconvenience me as I went to dinner and they removed it upon my return. they would have moved me to another room however the hotel was 100% at capacity.

The location was AMAZING! literally 2 block walk from Broadway and all of the main attractions. The hotel was clean, very decorative, and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast was good as well.

I have no complaints, other than you have to request for house keeping to clean the room… Other than that… I’ll be back.

Well located hotel for a work trip, with plenty of options for food and drink nearby. Room was very well equipped and made for a comfortable stay.

The actual breakfast food was pretty good, but you had to use plastic cutlery and paper plates which made it feel a bit wasteful and made the breakfast experience a little off. Also there are only three elevators servicing the part of the hotel I was in so it was a long wait at peak times to move about.

It was ok, but could have been better, at least offer powdered sugar and whipped cream for the waffles as my fiancé has an allergy to eggs.

That we could bring our own drink to the pool in a plastic cup. Also, there was nothing to float around on in the pool.
