Friendly staff. We arrived a bit early and were able to check in. The man at the front desk was very nice and was accommodating with our request to keep our group on the same floor and across from each other. The stay was comfortable. The air conditioner worked, but I wish the fan would continously stay on . Parking was good and location was conveniently right off of the freeway. The breakfast was very good with many options for the whole family. I liked that the serving area was separate from the dining area, so there was plenty of space for everyone. Overall, we had a great stay.

The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were not very clean. One bed had what appeared to be grease stains or oil stains. But other than that, it was comfortable. The outlets on the bedside did not work . That was pretty inconvenient. The AC fan turned on and off. I wanted it to stay on for the white noise.

The staff is very friendly, experienced and goes above and beyond to assist their customers! Breakfast favorite = waffle. To ensure my safety and to make it easier to take my dogs outside, I was place on the 1st floor close to the desk and entrances. thank you for caring!!

Unsure if the eggs are real or powdered but would have loved "good" scrambled eggs. Since I do not eat bacon or sausage.. I can't comment.

I like the location the rooms are very nice and clean the breakfast is good and the pool is great ..

This the third time that I stay there this month because I like the hotel and the location to but the lady that serve the breakfast has a really bad attitude gets mad went u ask her for something ....

A good hotel with free parking. It has laundry, which meets our urgent needs. The washers and dryers need quarters, and we managed to exchange some at the front desk. So, many thanks to the staff! The breakfast was also good, offering a variety of food. Plus, there was plenty of free parking.

The hotel was located not in Bakersfield but in a little village. And even though the swimming pool was clean, it needs renovation.

Easy to find. Located on the outskirts of Bakersfield so that made it easier to get in our way in the morning (we were in a road trip). The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

Great Loc - pit stop for us from Vegas to San Jose. Nice big room, clean, comfy bed. Big shower. Easy to find. Starbucks, Denny’s, McDonalds and petrol stations right next door. Room has a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast included - choice of waffles, toast, muffins, good coffee, juices, eggs and sausage patties. Staff were friendly.

I like everything, it is clean and organized and safe and close to the freeway...and also they have a good breakfast 😋

The only thing is that they have to put the breakfast more time because it is only until 9:00 am..

When my husband and I were heading back home, we checked into the hotel, and it was the same clerk that was there when we checked in the first time. He was friendly, and gave wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name. Employees are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious as well. They also have a hot breakfast: sausage patty, eggs and you can also make your own waffles. That is why we love staying in this location, good price and easy to get to the freeway.

I wish you guys would have some food trays! Is just a little easier to bring your breakfast to your room, but everything else is great 👍

I know you have no control, people slamming doors, hitting walls in the middle of the night coming and going after Midnight!
