The location of Crosswinds was perfect for us visiting Yellowstone if you're not staying within the Park. We really liked our room, nicely decorated, plenty of room and a nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable.

The internet was next to useless and enquiring at the office why it was so bad, I was told they had no idea and really were not interested. The breakfast was terrible, everything was loaded with sugar and ALL the plates, cutlery and cups were throw away in one bin!!! No recycling at all and seriously, can't the staff wash dishes any more? The plastic and paper are horrid to eat off and the plastic knives snap so you have to use several to get the job done. We have a world crisis on rubbish pollution, it's astonishing that America appears to not care about this?

Walking distance to restaurants and across the street from a city park. Close to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Housekeeping every day. It was nice to come back to a clean room. Incredible breakfast with a lot of options including fresh grapefruit, apples, oranges, bananas, Yoplait yogurt, Nutella packets, pancake maker, Biscuits-and Gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and much more. Refrigerator in room.

I wish they had larger bottles of shampoo instead of the small individual use bottles. It would be nice if there were larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall.

I recently stayed at this motel just outside of Yellowstone National Park, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect for easy access to the park, making it super convenient for early starts or late returns. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds, in particular, were great—I had an excellent night’s sleep after long days of exploring. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with plenty of options that were delicious and satisfying. Overall, this motel made my Yellowstone trip even better, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Location was primary, Yellowstone's entrance is about 2 blocks away. It was clean, a little dated, but well kept. Unlike other hotels they actually make up the room each day! Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and as it started at 6am, excellent for an early start at the park.

No high speed wifi, lots of lag in tv streaming. We had a 1st floor room, noise from those on the 2nd floor. Not enough plugs or spaces to set things. These are minor concerns... Pricy for the facilities offered but that is Yellowstone and we were pleased with the accomodation.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable!! The breakfast was a tasty to start to mornings. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and socked with the needed amenities. The location was excellent.

Breakfast. I can’t eat gluten and none of the staff were able to tell me what I could and couldn’t eat (I was told you probably know better than us). This left some fairly dubious fruit and yoghurt as the only safe options. When there was a full cooked buffet, at least some of which I probably could have eaten had someone been able to tell me what was safe for me, this was very disappointing. Particularly as there was no yoghurt on the second day. It shouldn’t be hard to train staff in these basics so customers with dietary restrictions can actually eat.

We loved our stay at Crosswinds! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary drinks and afternoon cookies were great! The room was nicely furnished and a good size for the family, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent and well stocked, and it was great that it started so early, so we could get an early start into the park. We used the pool once during our stay, and we had it all to ourselves. It’s not huge but was perfect just to relax after a busy day. It was warm and had clearly just been refurbished so was immaculate. The location of the hotel is ideal, just a couple of minutes from the entrance to the park and right in West Yellowstone so there are loads of dining options within walking distance. We loved it, thank you!

Your location was wonderful just minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone National Park...not more than a block and a half from main street with all its shops...the breakfast was incredible every morning...so many options available simply over and above. All with great taste and unlimited amounts....will definitely be back and can't wait to stay with you again...

Having to leave for sure... my traveling companion had some health problems which was unfortunate but got wonderful care from the medical people in your area...

Perfect location right outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. So convenient after a long day in the park. Beautiful newly renovated hotel with western decor. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. So nice before heading to the park. Dinner recommendation to Firehole BBQ was the best meal on our 5 day Yellowstone trip it was so tender and perfectly prepared, we had the brisket, ribs ,Mac and cheese and corn salad. So so delicious. We will return.
