Great location in a quite area not far from crowdy touristic places. Easy communication with host Davide, cheers for that. Recommended a great place to eat, met all my needs and helped in any way he could. Fantastic service, i would recommend this place only for host professionalism. Very nice apartment, cozy, has everything a traveller needs to rest. Nice coffee machine and patio, where it is great to start your morning. Good wi-fi, easy key-less access to the apartment. All in all great experience, will definitely take Poli into account on the next trip to Venezia. Grazie, ragazzi!

No such thing, maybe i would want more hard pillows, but it is a choice of preference.

The room is so big, clean, well decorated. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Its a bit difficult to find the place as it was raining heavily when we arrived Venice and we brought big luggage. We had to take water taxi which is very expensive and dragged our luggage to a small aisle. We managed to find the apartment thanks to the owner for guiding us. There is a supermarket, delicious bakery shop and restaurant nearby the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much.

My husband and I just stayed in one of the studio apartments for a week. We really enjoyed our time there. The studio is very spacious and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, has toilette products and even slippers. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and a capsule coffee maker (with the capsules provided). The TV is a smart TV. The studio is just steps from a very lively campo, where you can find a grocery store, several good restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream shop and a fruit and vegetable stand. All in all everything is at your front step. In spite of their proximity, the studio is very quiet and even has a shared courtyard with a table and chairs. The apartment is about a 10-15 min walk from the St. Lucia train station and about the same distance from the Rialto Bridge. And it is about 5 minutes walk from the closest Vaporetto stop,"San Stae". But the best part is the host, Davide. He lives in the area, is very friendly and always available when you have questions. He is also a very good source of information about Venice and the Veneto. Thanks again, Davide for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back.

We stayed 3 nights at Poli Rezidencia Venice, and the neighborhood is quite pleasant. There's a nearby square that's very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the city. There are bakeries, supermarkets, a cocktail bar, and restaurants, making it a lively area with plenty of amenities. The space in the house is good, with a sofa and a table for 2-4 people. There's a small cooking area with a sink, mini-fridge, and a washing machine. It has all the necessary equipment to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bathroom is spacious enough, with a sink, toilet, bidet, and a shower stall. However, the water flow from the shower was intermittent, possibly due to the city's infrastructure.

Overall, the house was decent, but showed signs of wear and tear. There were some gaps in the kitchen area, one of the pillows was worn out, and the mirror had some stains.

It's a fantastic location. The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed for a 2-week stay. Super clean and modern. It's our second time staying here. We've been here in both summer and winter and the AC worked well for both cold and hot air. It's a great quiet area with shops and restaurants, close enough to the city center to reach it easily, but far enough to not be swarmed by hordes of tourists.

Applicable only to the Deluxe Queen Studio - If you're sensitive to noise, you will be bothered by the nearby supermarket staff hauling the cargo trolleys. It doesn't last long, but it happens in the morning, around 8-9 a.m. But the rest of the time, the location is super quiet. We didn't have a problem with it.

We love staying away from crowds, and this little gem is in the middle of a real Venetian neighborhood. We met several little kids who were playing just outside our door one day, after their school day had ended. My wife is a former teacher, and she struck up a conversation with them - we used a fun combination of English, Italian, and Spanish. :-) The apartment is literally a one minute walk to a little grocery store, several restaurants (inside the nearby campo), a bakery, and a gelato shop. What else do you need for breakfast or dinner? We lunched away from the area (one day on St Mark's square, one day off the Grand Canal), but we always found our way back to the little campo for dinner. By the way, when we arrived, the first thing we saw in the room was 'Tom Sat Here!'. Turns out that Tom Cruise used this apartment for his private dressing area while filming scenes (in 2020) for Mission Impossible 7.

Beautiful property and a very welcoming and friendly host. The location is brilliant, in a quieter part of the city tucked behind a supermarket (which you can’t hear and can’t see from the apartment) and a short walk away from the nearest waterbus stop which also goes to the airport. We saw other reviews about issues with water pressure in the shower but we had absolutely zero issues; we showered at different times of the day with different temperatures and never ever had an issue. Couldn’t recommend more!

The accomodation was great, perfect located in a very lovely and not touristic part of Venice. Nice Restaurants, Bars and shops are very near, within minutes accessible. The hosts are very nice, our room was spacious and stylish. The Vaporetto Station St. Staen is reachable within minutes. The appartement is totally quiet and beautiful. We will come back for sure. Highly recommended!

The kitchen is not so well equipped. If you only want to make breakfast it is fine, but if you want to cook your meal there are not enough dishes. A bowl for salad for example.

The location was great. It took us about 5 mins to walk to the apartment once we got off the boat stop. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment and some great restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed, including WiFi.

The shower pressure isn't the best and doesn't get very hot. We only had 2 towels for the two nights - another set would have been great as we got quite wet on our way to the apartment and had to dry off. Another set of pillows would have also been good - there are only two on the bed. Otherwise, it was perfect for our stay!

Loved our stay here! We didn’t want to leave! It was a studio size apartment and we loved having some space to spread out. Had a kitchen but we didn’t use but loved having the fridge. Couch and dining table was a nice touch after a month of only having beds in room. Host was great with restaurant recommendations and advice throughout stay. Always happy to assist to ensure we were having a good time. It was ground level which was helpful. And in a quiet street. We liked the access to a coop shop and plenty of food options close by. 5min walk to closest water stop. 10 min to train. Loved the windows for fresh air. And the decor worked well. Would def stay here again. Very well set up accom.

Air con was set at a temp and couldn’t turn it colder. Room was quite warm overnight and felt muggy. Room doesn’t get serviced during stay. This wasn’t an issue for us, we liked the privacy, but appreciate others may not be a fan. We were able to access fresh towels by a quick WhatsApp message which was great. Most mornings we could hear the workers outside with their trolleys. We were up early and not an issue for us. There was an umbrella stand but no umbrellas. We had coats though. Would imagine umbrellas a bit of a challenge in the small streets. Room sometimes felt dark despite all the windows and lights. All in all, only minor things. This is a fabulous place to stay.
