This property was perfect in every way! We liked everything about it…from the location to the top-notch customer service to the everything! The apartment was absolutely stunning - modern - meticulously clean - well equipped - and stocked with a starter kit of coffee and tea! We were greeted by Jacobo - our ever so friendly host - and the communications we received prior to our arrival made check-in super easy. The palazzo is located at the cross roads of canals, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the garden looking over the canal, and our evening wine also! The bed was super comfortable and we felt this stay was incredible value for money! We loved this stay….genuinely! It made our Venezia vacation absolutely perfect!

I love that they offer to help with the arrangement of the taxi from the airport and the water taxi to the apartment of course at an additional cost. The boat pulls right up to the door of the apartment corridor where Jacabo and Elena greet you and show you to your apartment. They were incredibly helpful and kind. The apartment was beautifully appointed and offered all the conveniences of home. The area was quieter than the main area of San Marco but very convenient to walk to all surrounding towns. it is very close to the Rialto bridge. There are many quaint cafes and restaurants in the area. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again.

Location in the heart of the San Polo district and is located behind the small square in front of the Church of S Augustine. At night there is a small restaurant that operates out in the square. We never ate here as there are so many great places to choose from in Venice but the menu looked great and it was a very charming, quiet and romantic place to dine at. What we loved most besides the location central in San Polo was being away from the overly crowded and more expensive district of San Marco. San Polo has a high proportion of shops, church, cafes and restaurants. The best cafe we ate at for breakfast was the cafe less than one block from the apartment. Using the Google Maps it was super easy to get to any district, especially San Marco within 10 minutes on foot. Palazzo Morosini Degli Spezieri apartments have been beautifully renovated and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay in Venice. The kitchen was well stocked; bathroom was large and had the best overall shower water pressure that we had throughout our 6 week travel in Europe, family room area was comfortable; the bedroom size was perfect, with plenty of closest space, along with comfortable pillows, bedding and mattress; and the interior terrace was a perfect spot to start or end the day. We didn’t check out the private interior garden area until our last day but would highly recommend use of this area during a stay here. Last but not least, this property has the best management staff who are super responsive to any questions you have before and during your stay. We traveled from Austria to Venice by flight, which canceled mid morning while waiting for flight to board. I arranged an evening flight on another airline as Austrian Airlines rebooked our flight for the next day but it wouldn’t arrive in Venice until late evening after multiple connecting flights. I contacted the property, which uses WhatsApp for European communication like text messaging does.

Loved everything including location, which was perfect, along with accommodations that were outstanding and property staff who were super responsive and helpful from proving breakfast and dining recommendations, how to get around Venice and most important booking of private water taxi both ways, which was super important and necessary when arriving early (1:30am) in the morning due to an unplanned late flight arrival.

Location was wonderful, an escape from the crowds but still walkable to all the sights. Apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Staff very attentive, provided us with transfers to and from the property and were quick to respond to any questions or issues

Did have noisy neighbours above however staff were very attentive and addressed our complaint in a swift manner

This is our second stay with Palazzo Morosini, and I hope we get to have many more. The staff (Jacopo and Elena in particular) are WONDERFUL!!! The Palazzo is exactly the kind of place you want to stay in while in Venice. It is on the canals, the neighborhood (San Polo) is convenient and super friendly. There are many excellent restaurants near by and super good coffee and baked goods use a block away at Majer. The units are very well equipped and very, very clean and well kept. I just can’t say enough about how much we love staying here.

There isn’t a thing we don’t like about it.

The property is stunning with beautiful finishes, very clean and has a beautiful garden by the canal for guests to enjoy. They also have a private jetty if you are arriving by a water taxi (which is recommended rather than dragging your suitcase over stairs and bridges in Venice) but arrive during their office hours. Our apartment has a balcony overlooking the canal which was wonderful. Complimentary wine, water and snack was a lovely addition. The staff were also very friendly and lovely.

It is a little away from the key attraction areas but also meant it was nice and quiet, an oasis away from the crowds.

Palazzo Morosini Degli Spezieri Apartments was the perfect choice for our 6 night stay in Venice to visit the Bienniale. We booked a ground floor apartment which had a private courtyard. The apartment was super clean, modern and in a great location, just a short water taxi ride from the train station. The staff were helpful to arrange this booking. Check in was efficient and it was in a quiet area yet walking distance to the sights, close to restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. This was handy as we did some home cooked meals in the well appointed kitchen. It is a small private boutique hotel which we loved as not noisy with guests coming and going. The beds were super comfortable with beautiful linen and doonas. Everything made for a wonderful stay.
