We loved our stay at IIK. This property was great value for money - one of the cheapest we could find over the new year and yet our stay was fantastic. The room was a great size, beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities. If you’re looking for a city location with easy access to the beach this is perfect. We pretty much had the rooftop pool to ourselves during the time we used it which was lovely. We cooked breakfast and made a packed lunch each day - thanks to the small kitchen in the room, fully stocked cooking utensils, including Tupperware and the supermarket just a quick trip over the road. We ventured into the city in the night - all the bars and restaurants are just a short walk. There’s car rental and bike rental just on the corner so you can easily find a mode of transport to get around.

1. The road outside is not built up so theres risk of deep pools after rain that doesn’t evaporate quickly. If you have a car or bike - I recommend parking it on the next road over as it’s very accessible. 2. The private pool on our balcony was not clean so went unused. We didn’t mind this too much as there were plenty of pools to use, and particularly enjoyed the rooftop. 3. There aren’t any extra blankets so if you get cold, be sure to turn the aircon off overnight. The pillows were also a bit small for such a large bed.

Perfekt Apartment. I had enough Space just to relax on my own. Nice Kitchen. Nice Rain Shower. Pool on the balcony i havent used its not possible to change water on your own. I had also flat iron and everything you need is there. Nice whirpool and a gym i liked a lot. Very quite! And good located! Very friendly reception staff everybody were nice. Liked a keyless system A LOT! Parking Lot is there as well. PERFECT. I will come again

Only one thing: It was difficult communication, since cleaning is a rental service it was not easy to arrange the cleaning. Because the Apartment dont get cleaned on a daily basis by default, you have to ask, and it took me 2 days of waiting. But we have managed it. Everybody was friendly. Everything else was Perfect!

I liked the whole apartment and how nice the finished were. Out of all the wonderful amenities (hot tubs, sauna, pools, outdoor kitchen/lounge), my favorite was the nature pool outside in the backyard garden area.

Facility was beautiful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive when required. Common area pools and terrace were great. Terrace especially was beautiful and as faced (mostly) south you could see both sunrise and sunset from the Terrace. Also family really loved the personal plunge pool and our room was super private though not all of them are.

Bathroom was not really separate from the room excepting a screen. There were frosted glass doors (and had a fan) but basically were still part of the larger room. See through glass between the toilet and shower. Lights were all on two switches so bathroom lights and fan and entrance lights all being on same circuit meant you basically had to keep half 1/3 of the lights on at all times. Little info provided on tuluum and surrounding area suggest making a welcome packet with at least recommended restaurants by area. Some areas (mostly the exercise room) still under construction. Need to improve trash system

Property had everything needed and the location was in a good spot in Tulum. Easy access to main roads, taxi, collectivo, restaurants and the beach.

There isn’t much regular cleaning for extended stay unless you ask and they only replaced the towels not the linens. I wish they had extra blankets or pillows and a kettle but other wise was ok. Front entrance was hard to access when it rained as the drive is really muddy and had large puddles. Was a challenge to walk to the main road after the rain.

I loved how everything is perfectly looked after in bit the apartment and the building. As a frequent traveller (47 countries and counting) I do have pretty high standards when it comes to choosing where I stay with my friends or family. There’s everything you need to cook in the apartment. The 4 pools are always empty because there is always one available, when you need to have them clean you just tell the reception, the staff was absolutely on top of every little detail. It’s close to everything you need walking distance (banks, downtown, supermarket, nice restaurants, cute cafés, easy parking outside). Liz our host was absolutely amazing. She answered all of our questions and made sure our stay was the most comfortable ever. She’s so responsive and super helpful. Thank you so much Liz for everything we will be back mainly because of you!! ❤️

actually fell in love with this place. the complex is so modern and unique. there’s a lovely gym, several pools, jacuzzi, it’s just stunning. the room was incredible as well. so comfortable, just what I needed and i’m usually very picky about accommodations. Isaac was an incredible host.

The street road is always quite muddy but it’s not that big of a deal (on the bright side there’s a pig that is always rolling around in it). Also don’t expect to use the private plunge pool as it’s tiny and not clean.

We called it our sanctuary from the noise of an overdeveloping Tulum. While the room is not large (b106) it had good wifi and a/c, a very comfortable king-sized bed, pleasant personal patio looking on to a narrow pool surrounded by lots of green, a small refrigerator and coffee maker

Like most places in tulum, no water available save for a couple of small bottles on arrival which is too bad given the total lack of recycling in the city and the incredible amount of plastics generated by 1000s of tourists daily. So we bought a large multi gallon returnable bottle that lasted the week. The glass wall separating the toilet and shower can be unsettling

room and all facilities were brand new, everything clean and modern. pools with warm water in a lot of places of the hotel, you can get rest and privacy in a lot of places. price amazing for what it offers, and specially for the most expensive place in mexico - tulum.

it was not possible to hang clothes/towels outside the room, and the room did not offer a place to dry the clothes, so it was impossible to manage beach wear. the room was modern but not very well thought - specially the bathroom since it is side by side with the toilet room with a transparent glass divinding them. so if you are using the toilet you are 100% exposed to who's waring the bath.
