It was in a great location, close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, bike/atv/scooter rentals, etc... Vanessa, the host was great, always super helpful when needed. We arrived earlier than checkin, which she allowed us to check in early without any issue. The kitchen had the bare essentials (1 pot, 1 small frying pan, 1 medium frying pan, basic utensils, cups, plates, blender, toaster, etc (enough for 2 people) The additional room was a wash room to hand wash and hang dry if needed. The apartment had a balcony which overlooked the pool, which was really nice. In addition, I had more than enough space to work without feeling cramped.

A downside was housekeeping only came every two days; the time of cleaning wasn't necessarily consistent each time even a day was skipped, unfortunately (not a huge deal). Secondly, we were provided 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for the bathroom. Unfortunately, the first cleanup they took the hand towel and never replaced it. I mentioned this to the host, but the towel was never replaced. Lastly, on the 8th or 9th day there, we spotted a coach roach on someone's door by the pool. Didn't think too much of it until we spotted a coachroach in our room later on that night. Likely, we didn't see any more thereafter.

Close to town center and right across the street from a supermarket. spacious rooms/stocked kitchen/comfy bed/small safe/good water pressure & hot water/great AC. I was very happy to see a blender (for smoothies!) Vanessa was super attentive and kind. Great communication leading up to and through my stay. Due to a flight delay I arrived later than expected and there were no issues. They send out a very informative PDF the day before you arrive. Make sure to say hello to the resident cat!

Construction all around (it’s everywhere in Tulum tho) which created a lot of dust/noise outside from about 8am-6pm. This wasn’t a huge issue for me tho-I was out most of those hours anyway. You may want to wear/bring socks/slippers/flip flops to wear indoors-even tho the floors are cleaned every few days my feet still picked up quite a bit of dust/dirt. Also the bathroom floor gets wet from the shower-there isn’t much of a barrier keeping shower water from leaking/splashing onto the rest of the floor. This is a mere design flaw tho-nothing the staff can do. I found it helpful to turn the shower head towards the wall. There is no stove and one of the cook tops didn’t work but it was easy to manage anyway. Even with these few minor discrepancies I still enjoyed the space very much.

Great location, friendly host, and amazing stay. The apartment is very spacious and gorgeous! Plus it felt super safe/secure with great door locks. The host is super sweet always giving us recommendations for the day and giving us discounts to local excursions like casa tortugas. I could not recommend this place enough!! The wifi is great, it's a clean apartment, the shower is great, the kitchenette is like a full kitchen, and the balcony was awesome as well.

Never saw any personal, instructions sent to my phone to find the key in a lockbox. Tried to contact the host about coming a day earlier but they didn't get back to me so we had to stay an extra day in Merida. The refrigerator was very loud all night, but was good and cold

Water after shower makes the entire bathroom wet as the platform near the bathroom door is not high enough to keep the water in the shower space. Not sure why this simple issue has not been solved. The bed in the front/living room is not good for sleeping. It gave us backache. There are no proper instructions about garbage disposal or room service. They have enough parking spots but one spot was wasted all the time as there were some tree branches that were cut and placed in this spot.

simple and good place to stay. after riding bike nice to get in a bit cold pool-we enjoyed doing this! there is big shopping centre close enough to property. kichen was with all what we need-blender, toster, coffe machine, knives, cuting board, oil, salt and pepper. ac working well. hot watter and good pressure. kichen maybe a bit dark but thats dont make big sence. good location-it was quiet at night, but Tulum centre is close to walk. to get to beach there is a lot places to rent bike or scooter.

Great spot and value. Perfect location, full kitchen, pool. Vanessa is very accommodating host. Especially Like the little utility room where I can clean, organize, dry and store my cave diving gear.

Great little spot. Why pay beach prices when you can start here and just be at the minutes on a bike. Super comfortable apt and pool is refreshing at end of day. Vanessa and rest of staff are wonderful.

The apartment was so cute and had everything you needed from amazing ac, fully functioning wifi, and a complete kitchen. The location was perfectly located within a 5 minute walk from Tulum but so quiet. Vanessa was amazing and helped us with everything we needed from restaurant recs, to tours, to pharmacies. She also texted every day to make sure we were safe and everything was ok. We felt 100% safe staying here and would absolutely stay again!

It’s a very small thing but I like my showers pretty hot and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm but that was a common issue we had every location was stayed in in Mexico.
