We drove a rental car to Rome from Sorrento. At the. beginning i wasn't sure if it. was a good idea to go to Rome with car but turned out. to be the best. Parking at this hotel is free and spacious. The hotel is also in a very clean and quiet area and a short drive to the center. As soon as we checked in we drove to the Coliseum. It wasn't hard to find street parking. We visited Rome all afternoon and evening walking, then returned to the car and were back at the hotel in 15 minutes. Faster and cheaper than cab or metro. Same next day to the Vatican. We were 4 people so we ended up saving money on taxis and metro cards. The rooms a big and clean. There's always someone at the reception and everyone is very nice. Free breakfast also adds to savings. Definitely recommend it.

The building belongs to the church institute. It is located 800 meters from the metro station, on a small hill. If we have heavier luggage, we can take bus 46B or 916 from the metro station to the stop located on the hill 350 meters from the Institute. The room and bathroom are very clean. Breakfasts in the Italian style in the form of a buffet. Large selection, good bread and real one hundred percent juices from various fruits. The staff is very nice

The only thing I didn't like about this place was the fact that the only hot drink for breakfast was coffee (no tea) and it was very, very bitter.

it was my best stay in Italy. at first I was concerned about safety coz it's a bit far from downtown and needed to come back quite late night after a concert. but subway is just 10mins walking very convenient and it was more like a family neighborhood area. quite safe. and everywhere is so clean. all staff were super friendly n helpful. it was out of expectation. only there was a big slope to get there if u r on feet. but hey with this price u can't ask for everything. considering it all together. it was perfect. highly recommended.

The location was simply unbeatable – right in the middle of the action, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The free parking was a game-changer, as we didn't have to worry about finding parking or paying extra fees. The owner's hospitality was second to none; they were always available to assist us and even gave us fantastic recommendations for local eateries and sights. This property's winning combination of a prime location, convenient parking, and a helpful owner make it a top choice for any traveler.

The place is really cheap compared to other hotels in Rome. It's also close to the public transport and you can get breakfast there.

The surrounding area it's a bit weird, the way to the public transport and the supermarket was full of garbage and you barely can walk on the sidewalk because of the bush. We were in Rome for 3 days, and the metro line "A" didn't work twice, so we had to take buses and OMG, it's a very long trip by bus. I know it isn't their fault, but I would choose a hotel near to the city center next time or at least in a more pleasant area.

The man in the reception was a real gentleman. He speaks a very good English. He was so helpful and he provided me with all the details. I even asked for an early breakfast because my flight was at 10 in the morning, he said yes, sure. Breakfast was good and more than enough.the room was clean and has a wonderful view overlooking the area. The location is very calm and secure, it's surrounded by villas. Only 5 minutes walk to battistini metro station. The bus station is also 5 minutes away. You can reach all the attraction in no more than 35 minute by metro. The airport is only 1 hour and it's easy to reach. I enjoyed my stay and I certainly recommend it.

It was great for value. I came as a solo traveller and the staff were very friendly. I like the morning breakfast. Great facility and everything was clean. It was about 10 minutes walk from the Battistini station. I would recommend this place and would consider visiting it again.

The WiFi can be weak on occasion.

Amazing place to stay more than one day, close to the subway walking, around 10 minutes, with the subway you can reach all the place important in Rome, like the Coliseum, Vatican city, Termini, etc. The staff and the place were amazing, friendly people and everything was clean, I recommend the place to all people. Breakfast was a little soft but for the price is like a gift (I appreciated that).

It was a nice stay. The staff were pretty friendly. Breakfast included. Daily room service.

The walls are, however, pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors. Of course we were aware, but the location if quite far away, about 30 to 40 min by public transport to the center.

If you prefer price over the comfort and luxury, this is something for you. If you are the whole day in the centre and come to your room just for nights, this is for you! The price was unbeatable!

The location is not perfect - around 10 minutes from the terminal metro station, but for me, it was all right. The breakfast could be little bit better (no salty options available, just croissants with jam etc)
