Beautiful hotel with lovely pools. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great with many gluten free options. Great location near the seafront and a short walk to marina Rubicon for lovely meals out. Easy to drive to and parking available.

The walls in the rooms are very thin, you can hear neighbours and it feels as though they are in your room. Unfortunately we had neighbours who came back late each night which woke us up. The shower in our room flooded every time.

The hotel was nicely located a short walk from the beach (Dorada) and a gentle run from another (Mujeres). The layout with rooms overlooking the pools was really nice, the breakfasts were great, the staff were lovely.

My wife didn’t really like the glass toilet door, didn’t trouble me…

I loved the separate pool areas for families and quiet area. Breakfast quality was superb. Location was perfect. 5 mins walk to one of the best beaches. Great housekeeping.

That the beds were comfortable. Sun loungers were comfortable. There was quiet areas and family areas. Staff are friendly. Love the half board system. Just a very easy & comfortable stay

Everything really,plenty of sun beds,spotlessly clean,lovely breakfast and a great location.

I didn’t like where the toilet and shower were positioned,no privacy at all and glass doors as well.

Very nice hotel with amazing outside pool areas, goos facilities - gym, bar, restaurant....everything is there. Location is just perfect, walking distance everywhere. The hotel is children friendly with a lot of activities not just for kids but also for adults. Breakfast and dinner had good selection and quality, we enjoyed it. We liked the credit system for the hotel resort, you had the flexibility for lunch/dinner.

- bad coffee for breakfast - extremely small bins in the room (for a room with a small kid, they were full by the midday) - cleanliness of the gym or some common areas could be improved

The hotel was amazing, it is so clean and modern with so many thoughtful touches to help make your stay a good one. We really felt welcome and were looked after by the staff and the manager from check in , throughout our stay. Staff were friendly at reception and always greeted us.The pools and accommodation are divided up into two zones, the relax zone , more for adults, where we went every day and the family zone with water slides, play area and outside spaces which our grandchildren would have loved, maybe the next holiday!! We enjoyed the food and the focus on health and well being in the restaurant, with freshly baked bread and juices available along with the traditional breakfast food. We didn't stay for dinner so cannot comment. Clean and modern rooms with a large balcony and very comfortable beds Nice relaxed vibe with yoga if you want to join in, a Spa and a bit of entertainment in the evening. The location is ideal as its a short stroll to the beach and restaurants. There is a bus stop virtually outside where you can get the circular bus around all of Playa Blanca. One thing we didn't like was the openness and lack of privacy with the toilet and shower cubicles in the room, so little privacy for changing etc, apart from that the room was great!!! Definitely going back to stay with them again in November as we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The property is great for families. It’s a bit of a one stop shop, you probably dont have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to - it’s great for relaxing. There are lots of activities for children and adults which are lots of fun. The mini disco was a big hit. The buffet was delicious and I liked how it changed each day.

We experienced a few power outages. We opted to not get our rooms cleaned for credit in return but then found that the credit was only for the bars which didn’t really appeal to us. Would be great if it could be put towards restaurants. The wifi was hit and miss. The mini fridge was not cold and unfortunately had to dispose the food we had in there. The mynd website said that all pools would be 26 degrees but there was only one pool that was warm enough to swim in, the slides and kids pool was too cold to enjoy.

The hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly, especially the bar men in the main lobby bar. Nice swimming pools and enough sun loungers for everyone to use. The food was ok..standard buffet style breakfast. We paid for B&B and evening meal, but we're warned by other guests not to eat the evening meal and use the credits of drinks and lunches..the credit system is a fantastic idea and allows flexibilty for your holiday. Rooms were comfy and large. The shower and toilet layout was fine for us but may be an issue for friends travelling together.

The evening entertainment could have been better and more varied. I would of liked a kettle and tea/coffee in the room as it was a bit of a trek to get a coffee first thing if like me you like a coffee or 2 first thing in the morning
