From the moment we entered the hotel, the front desk representative, a beautiful young woman, was very friendly. She offered to make hot water, honey and lemon, for me, as I was recently released from the hospital, from anaphylactic shock, and I cannot speak. This was above, and beyond, any service we have received, at previous hotels. Thank you, so much, for this, as it meant so much. We were offered to join the Hyatt Club, which was very nice, and we will definitely be staying with you, again, in the future. Everyone, and everything, was exceptional.

breakfast was excellent location is good near various restaurants and shopping areas, the whole hotel is spotless clean...everything matches reviews I read earlier especially when there are some terrifying reviews about some hotels around this location.

may be reduce the amount taken for security deposit, the gym needs more machines...it would be nice if the pool is a bit warmer and adding a jacuzzi is a bonus.

The facilities but breakfast room was small . It was crowded at some times but the food was great. Staff tried their best to keep up with everything. Great staff

The location was further from town that we thought and transport was a bit slow. Front of house Staff could at least familiarise themselves with the attractions and how to get to them from the hotel .

Breakfast was generous. Both hot and cold entrees were available. We got 3 types of juice, lots of fruit, and good coffee/tea. Servers were smiling and monitoring the area so they could replenish in a timely manner. Eating area was spacious and open and airy, not cramped or crowded. The dining area was laid out in such a way that you were not bumping into other hotel guests. Walking to and from the food area was a breeze. There were tables in the main area, and some side tables in other areas offering privacy. Delicious oatmeal, scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausages, roasted potatoes. You also had a choice of muffins, bread, cold cereal, pastries. I didn't try the tortilla wraps but I'm sure they were good!

I think the water in the pool could have been raised a little higher so it was comfortably warm. When I stepped into the pool, the chilly water was temporarily a shock but then as you started moving, the chill disappeared.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly. I like that the breakfast is buffet, the restaurant was really nice and clean. I noticed that the staff were all friendly and always smiling, they greet you all the time. It is also nice to come back to a clean and organized room with clean towels everyday. The hotel is a bit far from Downtown Toronto but I knew that when I booked it and the friendly staff plus the overall cleanliness of the hotel made our stay really enjoyable.

The breakfast is a little repetitive and not much variety. But I honestly can't complain, my family still loved it :)

Breakfast was great. Limited variety but the food tasted goog and staff were on top of it to make sure everything is refilled and presented in a neat appealing way. Staff were amazing. The evening female receptionist on 29 Dec ( unfortunately can't remember her name) was very helpful and friendly. She did an extra mile by coming to my room to help me close a stubborn zipper on my dress ! Amazing service.

The location was fine, and we found a fantastic restaurant with an Asian-style buffet for dinner. The windows are pretty good as the planes passing can hardly be heard. Check-in was super fast and easy, and the hotel was also good about accepting our suitcases being delivered in the middle of the second night.

The area to deposit used plates and cutlery was a big mess on the first day. So that would need to be cleared more often, especially when there are many guests. As a lactose-intolerant person, I was missing indications and knowledgeable people on what I could eat. I was also missing coffein-free coffee and coffein-free tea. One day I found a single peppermint tea bag, and that was all.

Breakfast was exceptional! We also ordered our supper to eat in our very comfortable room Ater we got back from a day at the Trillium Mississauga for my wifes serious spinal surgery. The staff knew about my wife and would inquire about her progress every day. This hotel is so great, I will recommend it to all our friends! The only thing that would come in handy for myself and my daughters would be a small microwave to reheat coffees etc. SUPERB, SUPERB hotel expierence! My daughters and I also used the pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will close in saying that my wife was so happy with the things we could tell her about the hotel.

The only thing missing was the microwave. But it was something for future residents of your fine hotel. We enjoyed everything we could away from the hospital.

Overall experience were excellent. Supportive staff. Silent area. Silent room with no disturbances. Good net connectivity. Business support facilities are also excellent, which helped me to work in the early hours of the day, by using the dedicated business support area located near to the reception. This helped me to effectively perform my UAE office works, despite the fact that I was on a different time zone.

Much more privacy to the Business support facilities located near the reception, is highly recommended.

It was a very clean property and the staff and their smiling faces were amazing. It was the end of year and they were very welcoming and helpful at breakfast and the staff kept it open for late comers and did not hurry anyone up. Height of hospitality! Thanks to Arsh and the team ( sorry didn’t get everyone’s names) for looking after us in the mornings. We extended the stay and didn’t want to go to any other hotel. Kids loved the pool.

Perhaps some of the beds need to be firmer.
