The pool was great. The property only has maybe 16 units so it was not too busy. Location was good but quite dark walking back via the Laneway. There was a fridge in the room, strong wifi, good water pressure and a safety deposit box.

A little expensive for what it was. My room was only cleaned and water replaced every second day, although I assume I could have asked for more regular cleaning. No hot water most days (not a problem for me, it’s hot enough in Bali for a cool shower) but may be an issue for others.

The room was spacious. They clean the room everyday so the room was always clean and comfortable. The location was good. I could walk to the closest beach and shops and restaurants around.

Some staff were not helpful. My suitcase was broken and I needed to bring it to a repair shop. When I asked if there were any repairshops around, one of the staff said just "No" and didn't even try to find any information for me. When I asked to give me the room key, the staff on the duty at the reception was busy using his smartphone and didn't notice me. I had to call him twice before getting his attention. I was so disappointed by those staff. Water in the bathroom was clogged and flooded when taking a shower.

Great accommodation. Right in the heart of Petitenget, close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. It is on a busy street but the room was quite and very comfortable. The room was a good size and had all of the amenities a hotel room should have: kettle + tea & coffee, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, and a safe. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made our stay very comfortable, we returned to this hotel for a stop off after travelling other areas of Bali.

Very happy with our experience at this hotel, however it could do with a bit of TLC in terms of maintainance.

Really friendly staff, helpful and gave assistance when needed. Available 24/7 and accommodated our request for two single beds on short notice when the system botched the booking. Great system to leave your room key at reception to prevent you losing it and it was fun to havebthe opportunity for a little conversation every time we left or arrived back at the suite. Room size was stellar and awesome to have a balcony and pool access. Shower had decent water pressure too. Location does seem a bit out of the way when you're getting acclimatized to it but the walk does a good job of winding down the events of the day or providing some space for a little thinking, and Grabs/Gojeks had no problem at all picking us up from the suite.

Hard to find things we didn't like. Maybe some of the breakfast options were more mediocre than others, such as the American options. Would tend more towards the Indonesian options as that seemed the best value for money and the tastiest.

Everything was clean, room serviced daily, lovely staff, nice quiet pool, lovely quiet area as tucked away down a lane away from the busy streets but handy location to everything.

The extra bed (sofa bed) for my son (11yrs old) was too small, proper single beds for family rooms would be more suitable.

Before i booked this place i read d reviews and received mixed feelings, but i thought try it for d price and location (d location is pretty damn good, whoever gave negative comments about d location obviously had a bone to pick with whoever made d booking) continuing.... i took d plunge booked for 3 nights, my only expectation (hope) was it is in a good location, acceptable walking distance to d main street and PotatoHead beach club, and that d lane way access to d place is in acceptable condition... lo and behold, a minivan can drive down d lane way, yes its a 300 meter walk from main street to d motel, d street is in good condition, safe to walk at wee hours, surrounding area is clean neat tidy peaceful..... the place itself its nice, not big but cozy, its simple accommodation small motel style no bling-bling stuff, my room a good size bedroom was kept clean lots of natural light neat tidy no cracks on walls or paint peeling, shower toilet tv aircon all good no bad smell from bathroom no mozzies (so long as u keep d front double sliding doors closed) d compound n pool well maintained clean neat tidy in good condition.... staff nice & friendly cooperative... the place is not a hotel but a motel in aussie standards, my experience i had a good experience it did d job for me I'm satisfied my fears are laid to rest... this is a good place for those on a budget single or couple or small family (mum dad happy to sleep with two toddlers on d same bed) d bed is a King size (two singles pushed together). Also d pool is a good size crystal clear water. I will definitely stay here again.

I only have d following suggestions that could be improved: 1. d sofa in my room d seat cushions wayyyyy to soft literally sunk in..... maybe time to change d foam density go a little more firm harder. 2. d ceiling lights in bed/tv area, maybe can do combo of two white lightbulbs and two yellow lightbulbs.... when nite falls single switch off o turn on all d ceiling lights which are yellow and i found d room to be abit dim low lighting.

Almost everything was great. Loved your little restaurant and used it alot. Staff are lovely and my bed was so comfortable. The room was a great size.

First impressions weren't great. Looked really, run down when I first walked in. If you painted or sand blasted the wall next to the pool, it would make a huge difference. My room smelt like the disinfectant balls they use in public urinals.

Great oasis in the middle of such a busy place. Could not hear any street or nightclub noise.Pool and garden area was great. Many small birds around. Room was certainly adequate for our needs.Staff so friendly, helpful, always ready with a smile.

Longer walk to the beach than I had expected, but the actual site counteracted that issue.

Great hotel, located in the backstreets its only a quick walk down the street to food/shops. Also could not hear any street noise from the main streets which was good as when walking down the main road it way busy/noisey. Room was great. Staff were fantastic and friendly.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but thats all based on personal preference.

The room was very spacious with big windows and a large balcony. We had a comfortable stay with all the basics and the pool was always clean and nice. The location is convenient and in a quiet alley. And the staff are always available and very helpful.

Nothing. Maybe the bathroom could use a deep cleaning someday but it felt clean enough for our stay.
