Location, staff, size of room

Couldn’t turn off air conditioner Had to ask for beds to be made, bins to be emptied and bathroom cleaned. Apparently it’s done after every third night, which is no use if you are only staying 2 or 3 nights. After being out all day, it is nice to come to a made bed and empty rubbish bins without having to ask. There is no need to change sheets and towels, but I would have thought that, making the beds, removing rubbish and cleaning bathroom is standard procedure for an hotel room on a daily basis, and that is what sets it aside from a AirBnB.

Loved the location, lots of cafes and restaurants around the area. The view from our room was superb. Great parking under the building with multiple exits possible. Very pleasant staff. Size of room was wonderful, and there was a spa bath!

Bed was a bit old and hard and had a bit of roll together going on. No room service and no mini bar. The car park was closed when we returned from our event and we weren't advised of it. Not a big deal just a few minutes wait to get security to open up for us.

We absolutely love the view - overlooking the Opera House and Bridge (we payed extra for a room with a view of the Harbour).

Such a shame, but we were very disappointed that the room was not cleaned or tidied at all during our three day stay. How does not making a bed, emptying a bin and replenishing the tea, coffee sets really save the planet?? We are not stupid!!

Spacious room and beds and sufficient cupboard/drawer space for 7 nights. Great location to many of the Sydney city attractions. Woolworths Metro store next door. Ample parking at premises albeit paid. The fridge in the room was very useful.

Wish there was a bath mat. The exhaust fan inside the bath didn't seem to work, the bathroom filled with steam when taking a shower. Had to sign a form saying if we triggered the smoke alarm we would have to pay a fine, but it made us worried when using the steam iron and the kettle. The entrance and the exit the car parking was not tidy (it didn't give a good first impression)

Lovely clean hotel and rooms in a fantastic location with friendly staff and great facilities. I extended my stay by 2 nights because I liked the location and hotel so much!

I was told on check in that housekeeping was by request only yet three mornings in a row I was woken up at 8am by housekeeping knocking on the door. I don’t mind housekeeping coming every day but I’ve never known a hotel to start cleaning rooms so early! I also extended my stay by 2 nights and had this confirmed and paid for at reception with my room card yet the morning that was supposed to be my original check-out I had reception ringing to say I needed to check out. Once I explained I had extended my stay the guy just said “sorry” and then hung up on me. I really enjoyed my stay but I think there needs to be more communication between the staff.

I recently stayed at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. My king-size room was spacious and immaculately clean, offering a stunning city view. The room service was prompt and efficient, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I also appreciated the convenience of having a Woolworths supermarket just around the corner. Next time, I'll definitely book a harbor view room to elevate the experience even further. Highly recommended!

The steam iron is rusty and ruined my shits!!

Love the rooms at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel - really spacious, comfortable beds (even the rollaway), and fantastic views out over some significant Sydney icons at an affordable price (including onsite parking). The location really cannot be beat - everything within easy walking distance, Woolies next door, fabulous French-inspired restaurant across the road, and Hyde Park just up the hill.

There's really nothing I can fault the Sydney Boulevard Hotel on, though if I had to knit-pick it would be issues getting through to reception on the phone, whilst I was still in Canberra making arrangements. They are a big, busy Sydney hotel so I understand, and they did try to phone me back. Once I got through on the phone, the staff were extremely helpful.

The property is very elegant from the features of amenities to room accommodations. Most importantly the staff is exceptionally personable and professional. Paris checked us in with an extended stay, concierge, Muhammad, was extremely helpful with directing us to the right place for pharmacy needs. However, the best surprise was the extravagant FULL breakfast. Central location is awesome… don’t miss the Weta Cave and the Weta workshop tour. We love the Dragon Boat Chinese restaurant, Felix was our awesome waiter… the chef made egg drop soup upon special request… was the best stay in Auckland.

Walking distance to most attractions. It was a great location.

Could not fault the service we received by the staff. They went out of their way to attend to our requests with exceptional service. Like supplying us with extra towels when we came back drenched from the pink concert. They supplied us with cutlery on request and even gave us a map they highlighted which street to go to reach our destinations of the Opera House, Allianz Stadium and to Circular Key . The public transport (trains) was also a blessing and cheaper option to get us to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Finally the rooftop bar at Hyde Park House just down the street was perfect to have a few cocktails and the best Chicken Schnitzels from the pub below. We had the best mini holiday. Thank you Sydney Boulevard Hotel.
