I would recommend this hotel💯 Not only because of the location but also stuff was really nice and helpfull. Room was clean, smelled good and had almost everything. TV and aircon. included. If we ever visit Vienna again we would go to this place again. Really!

The only problem I see is not much place to put clothing in. Two open shelfes ☹️ Also little minus. Bathroom shower was leaking so after shower there was water everywhere on the floor (tried it to soak it with towels). Not big deal!☺️

Great hotel!!! It was a perfect location for me as I was attending congress at Messe, which is 5 min walk. Hotel with lots of character and charm, very different from traditional hotel chains, which I really enjoyed! Very comfortable bed and overall but rooms and I felt really good staying for 5 nights. Well equipped gym as well and close to the tube station if you want to explore the city.

There was nothing for me personally- two things to keep in mind: hotel do not provide breakfast but it was not a problem for me as I could do some shopping and keep my groceries in the fridge for couple of days for breakfast. Second point is there is no 24/7 reception open. Again, not a problem for myself but keep in mind if you need to book a taxi for early morning or need anything else.

Very clean, nice design, beautiful outlook, 10min from metro station, easily get to anywhere even not locate in the city center

The curtain does not prevent the sunlight from waking me up, neither the wall prevents noise from my neighbor, sadly

Everything about this property is exceptional. You cannot fault it. The exterior building is astounding, as much as the interior. You are welcomed with an elegant minimalist interior decor, which carries through the building. The pops of colour in the furnishings and accessories are an added mystery. The room was so clean and gave you such a sense of comfort and luxury. The bathroom is huge and the walk in shower was amazing. Netflix, Disney + etc available to use on the TV. Nespresso machine with pods provided. No milk but we’re Irish! Mini bar with a fantastic selection of drinks to pay from. Sofa was very nice to sit in. So many interesting books to read. The bed was top tier. I need those pillows in my own bedroom! The gym and sauna facilities are the best I have seen anywhere and free of charge. The added free breakfast in the city centre restaurant was such a nice addition. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Shoutout to Eva and the other lady on reception for their kindness! We loved the smell of the hotel too, still dreaming about it! You need to stay here. I cannot get over the value for money we received!

The only fault about the property is it is not located in the direct city centre. That said, the U-Bahn is a five minute walk away and takes you to all the main attractions quickly. The area is safe and easy to navigate. If you’re deciding between a city centre hotel or Zola, choose Zola!!!

The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I've used. It was well stocked with equipment. The sauna was also a fun feature that you could reserve to use for free. The room was amazing. Felt like I was in a beautiful apartment.

The whole vibe in the hotel was great but the main attraction are the rooms of course. I have been to two different ones - "die Erde" (the Earth) and "die Beute" (the Prey). One can feel that a lot of thought and passion went into planning all details and it's funny how much time one can spend with exploring a hotel room. It's a real experience ! Def check out the complimentary breakfast at Café Drechsler or Babula Breakfast Club - both got a great menu !

Hotel was stylish, modern and clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Helpful staff. A few small cafes and bars in the area. Near Prater park. In a beautiful old building. Nice bar/terrace outside. All felt like lots of thought had been put into it, and recently.

The only small things to say here would be that it would be helpful to have two bedside lights, and there wasn't a great deal to do in the locality, but I prefer that to being somewhere very busy and loud.

The best hotel

Absolutely perfect stay. This hotel is definitely one of the nicest I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The fittings were clean, sleek and modern, the room was much larger than expected, airy with high ceilings and quiet, and the whole hotel exuded a feeling of comfort and minimalism. Personally much prefer this style to the gaudy flashiness you see at a traditional five star hotel - this is a place I'd actually want to live in! The staff were all extremely friendly, super accommodating and very attentive. The fitness centre was a big bonus for our stay as well, fitted out with very nice new equipment. There is also a sauna which isn't listed in the hotel information anywhere - it wasn't working when we were there as I believe it had only recently been installed but as we weren't expecting it in the first place, this was no loss, just a note for future guests - there is a sauna too! The onsite restaurant was superb, phenomenal food with a vibrant staff who were all very knowledgable on the food and drink on offer. Breakfast was included offsite and was yet another highlight of our stay - definitely the best hotel breakfast i've ever had included in the price of booking. The value for money was just incredible. Huge plates of top notch quality food. Overall the nicest hotel stay I've had in ages - the Zola Hotel definitely made our weekend in Vienna. Do not hesitate to book here!

The location was sub-optimal as it was a little bit outside of the centre. The walk to breakfast was about 20~ minutes but it's a lovely walk and you get to see more of bits of the city off the beaten track on the way. Once at the breakfast venue it's a super speedy trip on the U-Bahn into the centre, so while inconvenient for some (the hotel is certainly not 'in the thick of it'), this wasn't an issue for us :)

Everything!! The hotel is stunning, we had a suite and we were amazed by the design and all the little finishing touches like the books, plants etc. Such a gorgeous space, probably my favorite room of all time. The location is also great, 10min away from the subway.

Only thing missing is a proper breakfast, the breakfast bags are okay but it’s rare when such a nice hotel doesn’t have a real included breakfast option (especially since there’s a restaurant on the property).
