We loved the room, the place, the pool area, the breakfast and staff. Everything was so so close, there were medical doctor available 24/7 in various places , I think it is huge a bonus, the staff were so nice, helped us with information, and the beaches around are just magnificent, yes crowded , but no wonder everybody wants to enjoy the place. We loved that reception was available 24/7 ... I loved experience there. Room was perfect.

That I couldnt leave my balcony open, because somebody smoked there till the 3 in the morning, that made me crazy :D But it isnt hotels fault, because smoking is allowed so what can they do :) Maybe just some non-smoking house maybe, but I dont know if that is realistic. Anyway we loved the hotel.

Nice adults only resort and close to exploring beaches of Cala D’or. Also the breakfast was really great, plenty of options.

We stayed in the swim up pool. I would not recommend spending extra for this. The pool is connected with the other rooms and guests need to walk past your room to get to the plunge pool. we really didn’t like that there was no privacy. Also the rooms with pool face the road which really looses any sense of calmness. The main pool area is really nice, I recommend saving your money and using the main pool or going to the beach.

The staff and amenities are wonderful. This was our 2nd stay and the staff remembered us, which was really nice. Breakfast is really great and you can get eggs made to your liking plus real coffee. Get brekky included. The pool is lovely and has enough seats etc plus a 2nd pool + spa near the gym for morning laps. Really close to 3-4 super nice beaches to walk (or better still a scooter). Go to Cala Moro - don't queue up, jump off the rocks and swim to shore. ;) It's about 10 min walk to the main hub of restaurants. La Tromp was our fave there but there are many. We will come back again. Always a pleasure.

The rooftop bar could be so much better if they had a decent playlist and served good cocktails... have never been great sorry. We've had pina Coladas that are so weak and margaritas that are salty. This is the only thing that needs more work. It seems a shame to travel all the way from the UK to hear Ed Sheeran and other sugary pop songs on a rooftop in Spain with a barely drinkable cocktail. The cocktails by the pool were so much better.

Room was very spacious and clean with amazing walk in shower, air con worked well, the breakfast was top class fresh pancakes and omelettes made every few minutes, usual breakfast items, fresh fruit & bread, coffee, everything you could want, pool area was great and lovely roof top bar with reasonably priced cocktails, my new favourite hotel

the staff were excellent nothing any bother. nice pool and breakfast something for everyone.

when we got there. we didn't have the room we thought we had booked. instead they took us to a block of apartments round the road. which did not live up to the 4* plus rating. we asked if any other rooms were available the manager said no all full. so asked for refund and we would find another hotel. he then said we do have another room at 700 Euros more. we paid it the room was close to facilities. wasn't worth the extra money . it was our second time at the hotel there won't be a third.

We had a great time at this hotel! Very friendly staff, nice location, great pool, beautiful spaces. Due the delay in the whole world that affected the flights, we arrived after the dinner time (we had the package with dinner included). The staff saved some eating for us and send it to our room after we arrived! Talking about the dinner, we stay in the hotel for 8 nights and every single dinner they changed the options, what was great. Breakfast and dinner were very good! On wednesday, they have a pool party with DJ and foam, what was very fun! The location is also very good, the region is beautiful. And again the staff, from the reception and from the restaurants, they are great.

Only three points as a feedback: at Booking, the information is that the hotel has a free parking, but nothing about public parking. Actually they have only five or six places to park so you will most probably have to park in the streets. We got some scratches on the rental car. The second point is that our room didn't have a door between the room and the toilet. That can be inconvenient sometimes. And last, wifi connection could be better.

The Location is walking distance from two beaches and many others nearby. They have a great gym with a pool next to it. The rooftop bar and restaurant have an amazing view. The breakfast is great and the AC in the rooms work really well. But what really made our stay special was the service. Everyone was friendly and offered amazing service. Thank you again to all the Monsuau staff members.

The rooms are fine, but could use some TLC. One of our floor laminates was a bit loose and the door was a bit squeaky. There was a little bit of light coming in through the door and curtains. And some other minor details. Not really a superior room we were hoping for.

We loved our stay at Monsuau. Highly highly recommend for a couple. The staff were delightful, and were very happy to provide us with restaurant recommendations in the local area. The facilities are fantastic - we loved the pool area, gym and daily breakfast. The hotel is quiet and very tranquil, which suited us perfectly as a couple with no kids. The location is good - we had a car and we found the location to be perfect for our stay. Parking is plentiful, but for those without a car there is a bus stop near by.

We really loved our room, but the bed is two single beds put together which made our stay less comfortable. The beds would often seperate during the night.

It’s our third time back - lovely hotel and staff. location is good but best to have at least a scooter to beach hop .. the walk to the restaurant strip is about 20 minute easy walk. brekky is great as is the pool - always enough beds etc. the beds are super comfy and towels/linen is soft etc

our room is normally good but this one had an electrics box that made noises all day and night. we used earplugs but it was not great..(1212 room) sadly the rooftop had closed already (30th sept) so we missed our sunset cocktails. surely they could continue a little longer as the hotel was quite full.

The entire hotel complex was stunning. The breakfast buffet every morning had so many choices, and the quality of the food was top-notch. We also had dinner in the hotel once and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the cost. €25 per head with so much choice. The bar had a nice chilled atmosphere with cocktails-a-plenty to choose from. We got the sunset view room and it was worth the extra few quid as the view every evening was stunning while we were getting ready. A massive, extremely comfortable bed with a huge walk-in shower. The room was spotless and cleaned every 2nd day However, the real winners are the staff. They couldn't do enough for you, we got a glass of Cava on arrival and everything was explained in great detail. Location was perfect also, less than a 10 minute walk to a host of really nice shops, bars and restaurants and a further 10 minutes to the centre of town with even more bars and restaurants. Great holiday all round, couldn't fault it
