Nice, clean room with comfortable seating. Basic self-service breakfast with coffee, teas, and water available all day in a separate area across the way.

Have no complaints. There was a little mix up. In the evening I was called and informed I was given the wrong room - it had a comfortable bed, sofa, desk, walk in shower, microwave, refrigerator, large TV. Might have been a more expensive room, which I had not asked for. By then I had already taken a shower and was getting into bed, so I was left in the room. Thank you Hampton Inn for a lovely stay.

Clean, great staff

I could hear a family through the walls with young children who kept us awake. It could use better sound proofing or at least spread out the rooms. I do 't think the hotel was busy at all. Also the breakfast was not great. Very clean and lovely staff, but forget the hot food. It seemed microwaved and soggy. Good bagels juice and coffee.

very friendly staff. the breakfast area was clean and a great selection of food. The staff in the breakfast area were smiling and seem to be very happy in their jobs. The rooms were quiet, we were right off the entry way and didn't hear much going on. The pool area was clean and fresh towels available to use. Beds were very comfortable.

The room was huge and very clean with a little kitchenette area. The staff was outstanding, the breakfast food was very good, all around great experience.

I needed a cart to put all of our bags on (when checking out) and since there were only 3 available, I had to wait quite a while for one to be returned.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I think the most important aspect was how friendly EVERY person on staff was. Everyone was upbeat and friendly and it didn't appear to be an act.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it's easy walking distance to restaurants, parks, and bars in downtown La Crosse. The saltwater pool is warm and relaxing, and the room we stayed in for 3 days easily stands as one of the more comfortable and clean I've ever stayed in.

Nothing really. The waffles at breakfast could have been a bit more well done, but otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.

front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and informative. breakfast was first rate every morning. coffee bar and fresh ice water were kept up with - clean, neat and always well stocked.

it was a bit noisy at certain times as there was a large family reunion on premise.

I think $50 non-refundable for a dog is a bit expensive! We have a small 6lb non-shedding puppy that I’m sure when you clean the room, you’ll never know he was there! I understand having some sort of deposit for those that make a mess or don’t pick up after their dog outdoors, but don’t think the entire $50 should be non-refundable! It would also be nice to have a nice grassy area for the dogs rather than a gravely, weedy area so far from the building…especially since you’re charging $50. We also had arranged late check out in advance and our keycards were not programmed accordingly. We came back from brunch and could not get back in the building or room.

Staff was nice and responsive when our issue came up and handled it professionally. Their response changed our whole attitude towards our stay
