I liked the location, the room, the spa, the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff!

1 - The spa is clothes free, but this is mentioned only inside a little note on one of the doors, not on booking. It wasn't at all pleasant to enter a misty sauna filled with naked men (coming from a different mentality, this can be quite shocking and unpleasant) 2 - The restaurant might want to consider changing the physical shape of the soup dishes, both for the little amount of the actual food inside and the fact they are harder to consume from - an odd combination of two plates and a spoon, hard to finish the soup with :) 3 - a 4 star hotel, in my humble opinion, should have conditioner and flip flops inside the rooms *given there is a spa in the facility

This is a lovely old hotel in a quiet district of Graz. The rooms were attractively decorated and beautifully clean, the staff very helpful and the rose garden restaurant was excellent (their fine dining restaurant was closed on the days when I was free). I especially appreciated the fact that they have removed mini bars from rooms on environmental grounds, and provide a notice explaining this.

A minor point, but if you are noise-sensitive you need to make sure you ask for a room facing the back of the hotel (a tram runs right past the front). Otherwise everything was great.

The Hotel was beautiful & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our rooms were large with an entrance foyer & the bathroom was an excellent size. It is close to restaurants, the town centre, walkable to the river etc. There is a beautiful large park very close, and a smaller park opposite the hotel which is perfect for relaxing in. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel & in Graz, such a stunning place to visit. We would highly recommend ParkHotel Graz 😊

Absolutely nothing...it was perfect.

Reception staff is exceptionally friendly. Hotel decor is very charming. Location is superb, a short walk to the centre, and close to a tram station, and entrance to parking is easy to find. Pool and saunas are very nice, including a rest area and drinks and fruit. Was very pleased that opening time is till 10pm, excellent for an evening swim.

I booked the smallest room and it was more crowded and less spacious than pictured (though the bathroom was great). Would look for a bigger room this time, especially if in for a longer stay.

Pleasant environment, staff and facilities. Great swimming pool, swam on Christmas day. Delicious breakfast with varied choice of food, grilled bacon, waffles on the menu daily. Christmas day steak was tender and divine.

Unfortunately trams run late and start early. The rumbling of the trams past our room on the third floor was at times noisey and woke us.

The breakfast was very good. When we requested something, it was presented. The cleanliness was good, as constantly people were walking around and taking things, promptly it was added when there was just a little bit left. We could leave the car until 17:00 hours on the parking area, on Sunday.

We don't have any comment on this. I was good enough for us.

Everything was in a walking distance from the hotel, not more than 15-20minutes and we could leave the car at the property for a resonable price (15€ per night). The breakfast is a must! Wide variety of selection to choose from (including vegan and lactose-free options).

Nothing much, except the fitness room could use a bit more equipment (which doesn't mean you couldn't do a great workout just as is :) ) and more towels in SPA (usually we would have to use those from our room)

Comfortable and clean rooms with amazing beds, bathrobs included, nice hotel bar, relaxing spa, excellent breakfast with great service. Fine dinning dinner. Professional and kind personnel. Peacefull but nice atmospfere.

Slippers could be included. Too quiet atmospfere at the dinner.

We arrived at the hotel in what can only be described as hurricane like weather on motorcycles. We were greeted by a very friendly lady from reception who showed us to the undercover parking garages and offered to take our luggage on arrival. The staff were very friendly & efficient and the food drinks were great. The rooms we booked were standard double rooms and they were exceptionally large. Beds were comfy & bathrooms very clean and spacious. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast had a great choice.

Nothing - however the rumbling of the trams from early morning is to be noted but we soon got used to it.

When entering the hotel, I noticed immediately the friendly staff. They are very welcoming. Location of this hotel with parking is perfect. Dining room/hotel is nice and with a classic atmosphere. It reminds me a bit of Sissi movies :) Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice and a bit unexpected which is great eg bread/spreads. Nice to have the option for sparkling wine in the morning :) Dinner was also very nice. The room was very large and comfortable. Nice wellness area with swimming pool and sauna with wide opening hours, included in room rate, with no need for reservation.

The bigger pillow was a bit too low for me.
