Everything corresponded to the description on booking.com. We've liked the location (city center), and the building itself is a creation of Zaha Hadid. Very modern inside. Well equipped, extremely clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Note that you have contactless entrance, contactless check in. After you receive keys and instructions online, you enter the building, the need to go to the "self reception" room, register yourself there on a big computer screen, and only afterwards your keys to enter the apartment will be activated. We've spent some time to figure out how to enter (arrived late night). But everything turned out well.

This is a great apartment, well kitted out, comfortable, and air conditioned. The building is striking from the outside. It's in a good location, a few minutes from the opera house on one side and the double Spiral staircase and cathedral on the other. Graz itself is a charming small city.

The apartment itself was fine apart from the sliding bathroom door, which stuck and was very hard to push open or closed. However, the check in process could do with being more explanatory. What happens is, you get sent a link to pay the city tax. However, this link expires after an hour. Or the email with the link goes into your spam folder. So then you don't get your access codes, and you have to contact Limehouse staff. So the IT process flow needs improvement, in my opinion. Once you get your access code, everything is great!

Superb location and building, although a bit impersonal. The apartment is nicely compartmented with a pretty large living room and open kitchen as well as a comfortable bedroom. The nice balcony attached is providing added value and is a nice retreat especially in sunny days.

Proper ventilation is not the strong asset alf this building, and the fact that there is no parking facility it may be problematic for travelers using cars. Parking places around are available but quite pricey even for a short stay (1-2 days) during the week.

The apartment was extremely clean and well-insulated (we could not hear noises from other apartments). Everything was carefully thought out: there was a small dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, pans and pots, etc. The storage space was decent for a small apartment, and the size of the fridge was really good. The check-in and check-out was also very smooth. It was also next to Graz's Opera House; shops were also nearby. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but I could imagine staying for longer in that room.

My partner did not find the pillows comfortable. Everything else was very good.

Location, location, location, first of all, the hotel is a great piece of art, and the apartment is clean and welcoming. The location is close to all the Attractions Graz is known for, all of them walking distance within a kilometer radius. I highly recommend staying here. Check in and access was a breeze .

Parking is scarce , but there is a parking location 150m away , prepare to spend atleast 45 euros for a night's stay and potentially more for a weekend but then again that's the case for Europe. If you are not using a car no worries

Overall all about the location and the property, and especially tha fact that this business owner have paid attention to relatively small details but essential for the days of your staying

I will say i didn't like that in my reservadion it was available a washing machine for clothing-in reslity was missing from the room , and i liked that the rest of the flat was equipped with all facilities from microwave to coffee machine, fridge, dishes, etc - so - 👍

Well located in the historic district of Graz…no problem for check-in…this is the easiest place I have booked…They send you a QR code and that’s it…with this code you check-in and open your apartment door. It is clean and very modern. The windows let the sunlight in. Bed is comfortable. They even supply coffee and washroom soap and lotions. There is a laundry room in the basement. There are many restaurants nearby…try the GlocknBrau

You better check the parking regulations of the city for the days you will be in Graz…it is complex to understand especially if you can not read German. Luckilly there is always a kind person to translate the signs.

The apartment is very large: there is lots of space Check-in in stress free and very easy, the keyless entry is a must! The design - impeccable, seeing the façade of the building puts a smile on the face

- The windows open very little, and the ventilation is mostly mechanical - there is a lack of fresh air for the size of the apartment - the two provided chairs are not too comfortable for a long stay - lack of amenities - only one tiny pack of shower gel for a week of stay (very minor detail though, considering the price)

Apartment is modern and spacious.

Note: realized that in order to get door codes you have to hang over your personal information including your passport/ID screenshoot and your selfie photo to some third party site - not Booking.com. Which looks scary if they use personal information not properly or have leaked it. I think Booking should mention about such situation in advance.

Even though our interactions in Zaha Hadid's fantastically strange ARGOS hotel were limited to the automated check-in system, said system showed the courtesy and clarity one associates with Austria. The room was beautifully arranged, creatively decorated, and stocked with amenities that could have accommodated many days in Graz. The windows look funky and bizarre from the outside, but from within they afford clear views of a lovely street, and the design makes the room dark and cozy when it's time to draw the curtains and go to bed.

Self-service washing machine could use a tuneup and the detergents pods available for sale weren't the best. The stairwells and halls are a bit dorm-like and sterile.
