Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were willing to hold luggage for us when we arrived earlier than expected from our flight and even allowed us to check into our room an hour early! The pool area on top of the building was really nice and the breakfast served was delicious. The location was excellent and the places nearby to eat and visit are worth the stay there alone, but the service, cleanliness, and willingness to accommodate put this Hotel above most, if not all, others in the area. Would 10/10 return again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

The staff at reception helped with very early arrival. Offered breakfast to help at very reasonable price. Restaurant staff kind and helpful, substantial, lots of choice. We speak poor/little spainish. Pool was helpful for my wife, small, clean but functional. Comfortable bed.

Music was played by the pool, slightly loud. More importantly I saw people on the phone or working laptops move to downstairs as it was distracting, which might loose sales. This is a very minor observation. Made to be helpful. For information, clients should note toilet products toothpaste/brush come with a charge are not free, so don't be impulsive.

Property was clean. The suite was a good size with a nice balcony. The bed and bedding was comfortable. Located in an area with plenty of resturante.

The lock box did not work and had to call the staff twice to open it. The AC control probably needed the baterries changed out. Also the body soap container was empty so they didnt check it out before i checked in to make sure it was full.

Clean facility with an incredibly polite friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool. Rate includes a breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Convenient location just a half block of Carrera 33. Highly Recommend

They are remodeling some rooms on multiple floors. So it was a bit noisy starting at 8am. But that’s obviously a temporary situation.

The room was so comfortable and clean. The space in the room was enough. The temperature in the room was perfect. The breakfast was so delicious, and there was a big variety of options.

The parking slots are limited.

Excellent room which was almost a suite, on two levels with a balcony and sitting area outside.. The breakfast was excellent, and varied, being different every day. The swimming pool wasan added bonus.

The wifi was poor

The staff the food and it'd my second time there , I recommend this location , just beautiful and respectable and one of the most beautiful cities in Colombia

Comfortable and sound-proofing was welcome. Good value for money. Convenient location with good food options around.
