The first thing I noticed was the perfectly clean yard/ parking area. 10/10 The room was very well cleaned not even a gritty sandy floor. The bed was fresh and clean / very comfortable 10/10

My only concern was if I left the room and forgot my phone I then would possibly forget my key code(saved in my phone) to get back in the room I was also alone on my vacation and nobody else was staying during my visit . No one is available at the location if there’s a problem you have to call their number. Store your key code number somewhere somehow just incase

We liked the layout of the home. Our 14 year old had his own bedroom. We didn't like that there wasn't a swimming area, considering the fact that we chose a hotel based on that. It was clean. Ran out of toilet paper and never found the remote for one of the bedroom TV's. Checking in without staff was not pleasing. I also had to help a couple of ladies from Italy, check in . It is unnecessarily complicated and confusing. This is something that should be shared with the guest immediately after booking. A couple throw rugs would be nice. It's not like there's sand around the home. The refrigerator took all night to get a drink cold. Overall, okay. Got more of an efficiency apartment vibe than a waterfront/beach vacation rental.

Loved the space in room. Had plenty of closet space would be nice for a long stay

Jets didn't work in the bathtub. I had to tape around the windows in one of the rooms because they would not close and had cold air blasting through.

Very clean. Amazing view and very affordable. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to family and friends.

There was a group of gentlemen below us drinking,cussing and peeing where I could see them. I understand that you didn't know, but thought you should be aware. I'm just glad it was myself and my husband and not the grandchildren.

The location, and price. The beds were comfy.

It could use better lighting in the kitchen area, the refrigerator could be a bit bigger with a freezer, and I think there should be luggage rack in each room. The pull out sofa could use something under the cushions so that they don't sink into the couch. Instructions on how to operate the tv's.

Location and price was great. Clean and quiet

No are staff onsite and communication is through text. I asked if we could get extra pillows due to the ones we had being very flat. Was told we would get them 3 times, they even asked how many and we never received them. There is no communication before 9 am and after 5pm if there are issues.

We love this room and stay there when we come to OBX.

Baseboards need a good cleaning, Kitchen cabinet door need help, dryer in broken off pieces. Guess it just needs a refresh.

I can't stress enough just how clean this motel is. We were in Room #4 on the end of the building in a "standard room" it was super clean, very up to date decor, everything worked & not broken little room. The parking lot was very easy to get in and out. There were benches outside of the room to sit by the water or fish. Very quiet motel. I would definitely stay here again & I highly recommend for a short stay.

The people above us were very heavy footed & it made for a long night. Next time I will ask to not be put on the bottom floor.

The refrigerator in the room was to small. Looks like there was a bigger one in there, but the one we had was much smaller and no freezer. The kitchenette are could have been brighter, like maybe a bulb was blown in the fixture. The TV's were a bit difficult to operate, but fine once we figured them out, they were fine.

Location, clean- we only slept there

WiFi was slow, couldn’t figure out how to use TV’s. Remotes did not respond other than on off. Need better instructions on use. Since our purpose was a place to sleep, it was a big issue, simply looking for news and weather. Also goose poop everywhere in back
