We particularly enjoyed the gardens with lots of seating, a great coffee machine, and beautiful landscaping. The room was spotlessly clean.

It was further to walk to the downtown area than we expected. We ended up calling for transportation several times.

The staff was very nice and helpful. You can borrow beach towels and umbrella for free, or rent the bike. The room was spacious and clean. You have private entrance, living room with comfortable gauche, eating table and small kitchen, another room with bed and nice bathroom with big shower. Parking is included just in front of the house. Breakfast is nice and running till 10am so you can sleep in and they are refilling constantly. They are also doing happy hour 4-5pm with complementary beers and snacks. Walking distance from Duval street and beach. 5 min from station of free trolley which runs in the city downtown. Very convenient to take, while parking is everywhere problem.

Cathy is a very nice and caring she assisted us with all of our needs during our visit. The rooms are very clean, fresh and comfortable. We felt so welcomed and there is free tea, coffee and water 24 hours with a beautiful complimentary breakfast spread in the mornings. The Grand Guesthouse is close to everywhere you want to see (we walked everywhere) except one night we took an Uber. We will be returning to the Grand Guesthouse in the future it was a great location, very quiet, peaceful and inviting. I recommend this place to stay.

There was nothing I did not like, everything worked perfectly and the staff was amazing. The room was beautiful and clean and the property is well maintenance and lovely.

Friendly staff who answered every question. Beautiful house, the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The room was big enough for a King bed, table plus chairs, refrigerator & closet area. We even had our own outside table and chairs by the door. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. It is quiet on that street. The bathroom is big and clean. Everyday they refresh the towels and tidied up. The breakfast was a nice continental bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc.. Nice pretty area to sit and enjoy your breakfast. We also used the bikes there, it was fun.

We wish that it had a pool but everything else was perfect!!!

Beautiful property, location, complementary breakfast, rooms were beautiful! We met the owner when we checked in and she was very welcoming. Stephen was awesome and helpful in letting us know what was in the area and giving us directions. Jason was also awesome! Even housekeeping was so nice and helpful. Rooms are exactly as pictured on the website! You are missing out if you don't stay at The Grand Guesthouse! We will definitely stay here again!

My partner and I stayed at The Grand Guesthouse recently for 3 nights. It was really wonderful. From the moment we arrived (sweaty and on bikes!) Jason made us feel very welcome and at home. Every detail has been thought through and there are lots of nice little touches like torches and umbrellas in the room, and staff recommendation boards. On a few nights a week they have a happy hour drinks reception, with free beverages for guests, and actually we turned up on a day this wasn’t scheduled, but instead of turning us away, we were kindly offered a beer and some snacks. There is a basic continental breakfast and a lovely courtyard area to sit in the shade, and a coffee machine that’s available all day for guests to use. The location is great - a short walk from all the action on Duval Street but in a very quiet and relaxing street. We would definitely make a return visit if we’re in the area again.

We were lucky to stay here for 2 nights on our road trip around Florida. Without a doubt it was the nicest and friendliest place we stayed. Jason went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and gave excellent recommendations with local advice for activities and meals out. the breakfast was varied, high quality and frequently replenished. Even freshly ground coffee! The suite was comfortable and clean and kitchenette was useful. Parking easy and the walk to Duval street was doable. We really enjoyed hiring bikes to explore the Key. Happy hour was another bonus - a great chance to chat to staff or other guests. All in all such a wonderful stay. We can’t praise them highly enough.

A (nicer and sunnier) home from home. Welcomed by the fantastic host, Stephen, who responded to all our questions and needs in a friendly and efficient manner. We occupied 3 rooms as couples, each with their own individual charm (+fridge). The courtyard was a tranquil space to relax, read and eat. The breakfast and ongoing supply of drinks was an unexpected bonus. The Grand Guesthouse is nearby to a sandy beach and some great local restaurants & only a 20min walk to the lively Duval Street. Other tourist attractions are all within walking distance. We'd happily come back.

My husband and I stayed at TGG for a quick get away trip for our anniversary. Right from the start, Jason made us feel right at home. He was there to answer any question we had and wanted to ensure we had the best stay and time while we were there. The property was beautiful and so relaxing and the room was very clean. It was just a quick was to Duval Street and had great continental breakfast options before you got your day going. They have parking available up front and additional parking jic just a short distance away. 10/10, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The continental breakfast was excellent and loved being able to eat outside in the beautiful yard space. The location was within an easy walk to the main tourist areas and was very safe. Our room had everything we needed and we loved being able to sit in the two chairs outside the door.

our room only had one window that was frosted so missed natural light but it was more than made up for with the two chairs outside the door . We spent a lot of time sitting outside enjoying the sun and the heat.
