Polite and professional staff at the reception ready to help. Very easy and fast check in. They have a small parking. City center is very close, 7 min walk. Nice view from the room on Olbia, with decent size room. Bathroom was also decent size.

Parking is small, and very limited and you cannot reserve it. The hotel has no gym. The breakfast is not included in the rate, and it should be for the price. WIFI was slow. The neighborhood is little shady with lot of yelling and screaming during the day and night especially, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

The property has everything you need and is situated in very good location. However what made a huge difference with other 4 stars hotel is the outstanding service we received which recently is almost impossible to find. We ended up in this property because our flight to Olbia was delayed and we couldn’t reach Costa Smeralda that night. Mr Roberto, at the reception that night, took very great care of us even if was very late. He understood we were not in an ideal situation and went really extra miles to help us and make us feel comfortable. Grazie signor Roberto, quella sera ha veramente fatto la differenza :)

The hotel is immediately welcoming, has a beautiful old timely style. Our room was large, spacious and had a unique style to it. Plenty of storage space, mini fridge, big bed, balcony, tv and ample sided bathroom. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It was a very clean hotel, with a good location for exploring Olbia. Located very near to several bus stops.

The breakfast choice was small. But all of the food was good quality.

The location is on a quiet road, just 20 meters from the bus's main stop and basically 100 meters from Olbia's main shop street. Great!

I liked the breakfast, but they did not provide any food variation during the 3 nights we stayed. So the food was good, but just know that it gets repetitive if you stay more nights.

Very nice, traditional Italian hotel. Very comfortable with a large bathroom (with a bidet, which unfortunately doesn’t exist in many modern hotels and is very much appreciated by many of us). Excellent blinds with blackout curtains too for a restful sleep. This hotel was a nice surprise. Very friendly staff, thank you !

This was a lovely big old Italian hotel in a great location. Our room was very big as it had a day bed but also had a balcony and 2 chairs. It was nice to have a fridge too and power-points beside the bed. The bathroom was big and the shower was a good size - not in a bath - and very hot and powerful. The air con did its job and you hardly heard a thing. The reception staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a small carpark across from it - first come first served, but the staff came out and showed us where to park in the street when we couldn’t get into it. The reception staff also gave us a map and recommended somewhere to have dinner - one of which we went to and, though a bit pricey, it was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The breakfast was good but we would have appreciated more fruit. A large basket of apples every morning really didn’t do it for us. Otherwise, the food selection was nice. The bed was a bit hard for me unfortunately and you had to be careful in the shower as it could get a bit slippy.

As I was travelling to Olbia by train I found great that this hotel is less than 5 mins on foot from Cagliari Terranova station. This hotel has a certain old fashioned charm, when coming from the heat of the day to the perfectly air conditioned lobby it feels very relaxing. What I would like to point out are the reception staff. Both guys I was meeting during my stay are like from Agatha Christie's times, just perfect professionals. The furniture in rooms is not the most modern but it only strengthens the retro feeling which I found interesting. The airport is at 10 mins driving distance which also makes the location very practical.

Breakfast could have more options. Not so many parking lots, so if you arrive late after 19:00 you probably have to park on the street.

Clean room, every day fresh towels, friendly staff, the hotel is close to down town. The hotel has its own parking.

Breakfast was really poor, quite one sided. Most things were pastries, three tipes of cornflakes and two kinds of marmelade and the only none pastries were hard boiled eggs, two different kinds of ham and cheese and thats it. Fruit options were only watermelon, apples and sometimes oranges. You have to pay extra for scrambled eggs or pancakes.

Every thing was excellent, the room was big, the bed was amazing and the bethroom was great! I really recommend stay in Colonna Palace Hotel!

Only the breakfast should have more options of fruit and natural juice.
