1. The location is near Taipei main train station which is very convenient to go to high speed rails or local Taiwan rails or Taipei MRT. 2. If you have heavy or large luggage, you should exit by Z2 which has a lift to Shingkong Mitsukoshi (新光三越) and walk about 100m to the hotel. The nearest exit in front of the hotel is Z8, which has flights of stairs that are challenging to carry luggage. 3. The lobby at Level 4 has a very cosy ambience with free snacks, drinks, food truck and relatively big space to watch a screen where they project local news. The washers and dryers are also very useful especially if your trip is quite long.

There are other offices that share the same lift with the hotel as the hotel doesn’t own the whole building but this may not be an issue to most.

Great location near taipei main station, service was great and the room was comfortable and clean. Loved that we could self service to replenish the items such as toothbrush, combs, soap and bottled water in the lobby, and loved the food and snack station in the lobby for the extra munch when we are hungry. The laundry and dryer are conveniently located on the same floor as the lobby, and there were also 2 kids play room for the children to play around.

The pillows were a little flat, and they didn't have extra pillows to provide. Directions from taipei main station to the hotel were not very clear as taipei main station is very big and confusing. The directions to reach the hotel is not luggage or stroller friendly. If you are carrying heavy luggage or stroller, you would need to either exit from Z2 which has the lift, or walk out from beimen station instead.

The staff are friendly and they are always willing to help. Location is good as it is near Taipei main station and a good base to be at. Those with kids, they have excellent facilities to keep your kids busy. They really meant it when it is the executive room with Taipei 101 view as you can really see Taipei 101. COVID-19 is still around as such they mentioned that make up room service is not available but if we do need to change the bedsheets etc they can give us and there are additional amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc) beside the main reception area. Do note that the main lobby is on the 4th floor, once you reach Taipei main station look for exit Z8 of the Station Front Mall (Taipei main station can be quiet confusing so look for signs not only at the ceilings but at the side of the walls as well) once you climb 4 flights of stairs turn right. If you have luggage look for the elevator at exit Z4 (elevator is not located beside it but before it about maybe 10m away plus minus, so keep a look out) The entrance of the building is not your typical hotel entrance, there is just 1 guy sitting behind a security table like your typical office building per say. . You will need to go to the 4th floor for the main lobby.

Nothing much other than Stayed at the executive room with Taipei 101 view, however, the room does not have any usual closets to hang your clothes. Only 4 hangars with hooks (designed cleverly) to hang your clothes. Other than that all good.

The location of this hotel is very good, near Taipei main station and beside a mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a playroom which is popular with the kids. They have bathtub in the bathroom which the kids like. For the price, overall is 7/10.

Note that the carousel in the lobby is not a real one which I think is a bit misleading from the photos. Also, the room is very small for the price, especially for the family room by standard and the bed is a bit firm.

We brought kids. They loved everything that were prepared there. There were a buffet of tibits 24/7 and snacks at 2pm-4pm. The indoor playground was simple and safe for all ages. Thank goodness for the camping theme sitting area for us to have all the food we brought back from night market.

Room service .. We stayed there for 7 days, we had to up keep our own room cleaniess including the change of rubbish bag. We did tried informing 1 day in advance for room cleaning. The timing was always not right. So we just do without it. But! The people were nice. Just the timing.

We loved how family-friendly it was. Our 4 year old daughter did not want to leave the hotel because of the childrens facilities and free afternoon tea. The staff was super friendly and their customer service top notch. A staff member working at their cafe/kiosk (I think her name was Mandy) is very friendly and thoughtful. She ended up helping us arrange airport transport. Airport transport for 6 people was prompt, car is clean and new, they even arranged a baby seat which was a bonus. The location is convenient. Hotel rooms clean and tidy.

There was a clock/light thing on the mirror that we could not turn off. It is way too bright for people who prefer a dark room to sleep in.

Kids loved the indoor playground. Nice communal area to takeaway breakfast and eat there. We got the deluxe family suite which was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Room was clean. Baby cot, bathtub and stool provided. Housekeeping accepted our last minute request to change the bedsheets as our baby soiled it.

Not much complaints, except part of the baby cot frame provided kept dislodging. We tried to reassemble it but the piece kept coming out. We didn’t bother asking for a replacement as our baby could still sleep in it. We also wish the indoor playground could open earlier. (10.30am is late for kids who are early risers)

Bed was comfy, duvet sufficiently thick, design of the room is modern and clean too. Free snacks, amenities, tea and coffee, drink water bottles are adequately available at the 4th floor lobby. There is a side street selling many types of vegetarian food from breakfast until evening.

Lifts are slow, there are 6 different lifts serving different levels.

Good location. My room was high up, so also had a great view. Room was wasn't huge, but big enough and clean with a pretty big/nice bathroom. Really appreciated the staff holding my baggage when I arrived early, and after I checked out (but before I had to leave for somewhere else).

Maybe some of the walls were too thin. Could sometimes hear somebody scratching for the electrical outlet on the other side of the wall when laying in bed. Luckily only happened once or twice in a week.

It me and my daughter traveled to Taipei, we lived in the hotel for 7/8 nights and it was fantastic! Excellent connectivity to the bus and train stations. Staff is the best, they helped me when I cud not operate the tv, the ac and the rain shower (they are so kind they personally came to the room to help), I see how I sound stupid but I traveled from Tokyo and language was a bit of a problem. My daughter was very very happy with the game rooms on the reception level. And she loved the lobby which she said is “sooo beautiful” and the very thoughtful free snack in the afternoon. Thank you for a wonderful memory of a trip I took with my 7yr at old daughter alone :)

There is nothing not to love about this brilliantly managed hotel!
