Just an amazing location. Great view. Apartment was just perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and great staff.

Took a bit of time to find the reception. Really big notices needed for older people like me I think... "lobby this way!" :) also tell people to bring tea towels and washing up liquid.. I bought these things because I was in the Girl Guides... be prepared. Other than that just great.

Location is good because at the end of JB walk so getting out is easy during traffic. Room cleaning was brilliant. Beds were super comfy. View was spot on.

Furniture is dated and needs a revamp. Gym was a bit of a walk and whole complex was a bit of a maze but that’s the way it’s laid out. Not the fault of the hotel.

The apartment was amazing. It was huge with all necessary equipment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet. Additionally there were two more toilets. Breakfasts were sufficient. Everyone will find what suits him. Stuff was friendly and very helpful.The view from the balcony and windows was also stunning. The Dubai Ein is directly in front of you. Jumeirah beach is just over the street and Dubai Marina as well. This was our fourth visit and it was the best one.

There was only one problem with the bedroom door, which was not possible to close. After we claimed that at the reception it was fixed within two days.

The rooms had poor lighting. They have yellow bulbs which make the rooms very dark. Half of the electric sockets are broken or loose in the living room and bedrooms which i think is a Safety hazard. So you cant do your makeup and have the straighteners on at the same time! Also the house keeping did not understand the logic of leaving enough towels. I had 4 people in my apartment. So they should leave 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels. They were always leaving less as we had to use some of the towels for the floor because everytime you showered water would end up on the floor. Bedsheets were not fully clean. Had to request them to be changed. Breakfast was quite basic. We only had once.

The location is perfect, just at the beach, write next to the tram line. You have a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor's office and even a vet clinic on premise. The gym is quite small but well stocked The apartments, even the basic ones are huge.. Big living room, 2 bedrooms the size of a normal hotel room each.. Great if you are a bit tired of one bedroom hotel rooms. There is a big kitchen, and a washing machine you can wash and iron you close in the middle of your trip, which is so nice Overall the property is really nice, just a touch dated, but great overall, will stay here in the future

The check in instructions are not clear, I did not expect it to be an apartment hotel, not just one apartment, so I didn't expect to see a hotel-like reception, which wasn't easy to locate at the beginning Also, they tried to charge and withhold the price of a first night from your credit card you have on Booking, without your consent or permission If you doesn't come through, you get a message that you are reservation might be canceled They also have a security deposit of 500 AED that they take at the check in, which is not clearly stated at the booking process

Everything was great. Ideal location, clean place with really quick room service. Lots of complimentary toiletries, water, even laundry detergent. Great value for money! The place was also really spacious.

The walls are very thin so you could literally hear everything! Going to the toilet in the night and my kids would wake up as you can literally hear it all. However wasnt always a bad thing as i knew when they were awake! The interior doesnt give dubai luxury and the view from the room wasnt great but for the price we paid we couldnt fault the place.

Location was great with easy access to JBR and the beach. the apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped

Although the hotel and the staff were amazing, but do not take the hotel limousine! the car crashed in the middle of our way to the airport and the driver was very rude he wanted money despite leaving us in the middle of the highway running late to our flight !

Because the location is so great, getting in and out of it is an issue. Lots of traffic. This is not a fault on part of the hotel. More around the area

3 bedroom apartment is basically like 3 separate hotel rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a common space which includes a living room, kitchen, and some other storage spaces. The apartment is not new, you can see it from the furniture, style, and other elements (like tiles in the bathroom, for example). It's not a bad thing as such, but from the pictures, I expected something newer, more up-to-date. The comfort level was good, with comfy beds, soft sheets, and towels, and good cleaning and service. The pool is nice, the water is cooled down, so it's a pleasant temperature. The area around is convenient: the beach is close (was too hot to enjoy it though), the tram stop JBR2 is very close, the metro station DMCC is a 13 min walk, big supermarket nearby is open 24h. Plenty of places to eat from fast food to good-level restaurants. We had breakfast once at the hotel, it was a good selection and tasted very well. The staff is extremely pleasant and very helpful, especially Sara from reception!

Outdated rooms a-la 2000s (missing modern touch and elements that create a cozy atmosphere). It's not a problem as such, but somehow from the pictures on booking, I got the impression that the place is more modern. Also if I knew that it's 'older' than its pictures, I could have found a better value for money deal on booking, as the place is not cheap (but maybe a similar issue is true for many apartments in the area). The pool got crowded with kids over the weekend, making it impossible to swim in it.

Checkin was quick and smooth,apartment was spacious and clean,Location was amazing everything was nearby most of the restaurants and grocery shops were 24hr open along with one massage spa which was also open 24/7 and beach was just 5 mins walk taxis are easily available from the walk. I asked for an extra bed which i was willingly to pay for but receptionist said they unfortunately don’t have one available and gave me a very poor blanket and asked me to put one of son on that which was unacceptable and uncomfortable also they did not bother to ask me or update me if they have extra bed one available the next day or my whole trip and i felt it was very unprofessional or laidback i was expecting them to get back to me i stayed thr for 8 days but i heard nothing about the extra bed.
