Breakfast was great! Despite us already booking a lovely room with a view from the higher floors, the hotel upgraded us further - which we really appreciated. We really enjoyed the breakfast - thought it was fantastic.

The check-in was terrible, specifically the time to process about 5 people before us. We waited for 20 minutes. The people in front of us and behind us commented that it was worse than being at an airport. We did not understand why the process took so long. When it came to our turn, we were asked if we wanted to become members, and we both quickly replied no as we were exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. Maybe not very nice from us, but something was not right in the check-in process, that we strongly recommend Radisson looks at.

Very good price for Oslo/Norway, excellent room, view, breakfast

I didn't like being put on floor 22, and having to walk up 1 flight of stairs with two 32kg suitcases and other baggage. This was odd, and if you are going to do this you should ask in advance how much luggage I'm bringing.

Loved the room and the view was great. Especially at night. Staff were brilliant and super helpful.. Beds comfy and eooms clean.

Breakfast room to busy and couldn't find a place for 2 of us to sit without fighting for it. This was 9am. Not necessarily the hotels fault as such as they can't control how many guests are there at the same time. However, there were people socialising and chatting who had finished eating and maybe at busy times, there could be announcements during busy periods asking people who had finished to leave and maybe socialise in the lobby bar. We decided to go out and have breakfast rather than fight for a table even though we had paid for breakfast. Spoilt and marred what otherwise was a lovely stay.

Great locatie near Nationaltheatre. Very extensive, fresh and good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

Rooms need an upgrade. Carpet is dirty and really old.

Nowhere to store non-hanging items

The hotel, staff and stay was good. Breakfast was a bit strange setup - it felt like being in a camp. It is a big hall with tables in rows and a few stands with breakfast items. I don't know maybe it was temp due for some reason but not a good atmosphere.

The hotel is in an ideal location—easy to find, with a train station and tram stop just a few minutes away, making it convenient for getting around the city. The staff were warm, polite, and very friendly, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast was a great start to each day, with a good selection of dishes that catered to various tastes, all fresh and well-prepared. Cleanliness met our expectations.

The safe box in our room was broken when we arrived, and although we reported it to reception, it was never repaired, which was a bit disappointing.

The location was excellent, and value for money amazing. The room had an amazing view and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast is very various and the staff also made us breakfast packs since we checked out quite early. All in all, would definitely come back.

The pool and sauna were great, but, over the winter it would really be better if the pool was heated. And also, I found it a bit disappointing that the pool only had two chairs to sit down. Sauna was nice, but also it would be better if the saunas were a bit bigger and also that you can be there together with your boyfriend/girlfriend, and not that it’s separated by male and female saunas. All in all, i think the pool and sauna area would need a bit more investment, the hallway and all around it seemed a bit neglected and it wasn’t that greatly decorated. Would be really amazing if the hallway was made a bit more comfortable and if there was like a wellness space, since it seemed like there was a lot of empty spaces there.

Comfortable stay. Very clean hotel. Superb location near National theatre station, tram station adjacent, airport bus at door step. City attractions within walking distance.

We are a couple and had booked a superior double room for 7 nights. We were first given a twin bed room and told that they were fully occupied and we should try our luck at the reception. It was apparently in the small print that, your request are not guaranteed if booked through a third party such as 'booking.com'! This was however rectified after we stood our ground and demanded we see the manager. I mention this here although our overall experience was very good to excellent as the incident could have been very easily avoided.

Room smelt strongly of smoke so asked to be moved. Which they were happy to do but it was the last room at the end of two long corridors and the furthest from the lift. The room was a family room which was rather expensive. But it was small and no room for moving about or placing luggage for four people. Difficult to drag cases along the carpets. We ordered four take away breakfasts which we had paid for as we were leaving at 5am. However, only two appeared and one was gluten free. Which we did not order. There was no offer of reimbursement for the breakfasts.
