The most remarkable thing about this Hotel is the staff, they are always there to help!. You guys are lucky to have them! Thanks to Doaa, Mohammed, Ahmed and Basel and all the cleaning staff they were amazing! Room was always clean, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean too, the A/C works perfectly and you also ger a small fridge inside. We don’t get annoyed by the noise outside so it was not a problem for us.

We were stuck inside the elevator because the energy was gone but Doaa was so helpful and she tried the best to help us and fix it. Thanks!

The room was spacious, extremely clean and comfy. The staff gave us the most hospitable service. Breakfast was awesome, both choices (oriental and western style). They even went through the trouble of finding me a doctor and buying for me medicine when I was feeling unwel. Location was in the most accessible part of the town and they helped us find the best guided tours. I Would stay again and i would definatelly suggest anyone to choose it for a lovely stay in Egypt.

The only thing that you might need a day or two to get used to is the traffic noise cause of the central location and the driving culture of Egyptians.

The facility is located in a very central location. walking distance to egyptian museum and sadat metro station and only 5 minutes. The entrance of the building was a little old and scary, but the floor where the rooms were located was in good condition. The cleanliness of the rooms was okay but not very good, considering Egyptian standards. Staff attention was good. Be careful that they charge extra commission for payment by credit card and do not accept your cash even if it is slightly deformed.

Great place to stay in Cairo! Perfect location right next to the Museum and River Nile. The staff speak great English and are really helpful with making you feel comfortable and assisting in booking many tours from the hotel! The rooms are a great size and the hotel serves a great breakfast for you.

All the staff, starting from the boys and girls at the reception, were superb. Their friendliness and kindness is noteworthy. We stayed there for 3 nights, me with my 10 year old son, and we booked with them the private guided tour in Italian and also the transfers to/from the airport. All the services were perfect, all the people we dealt with were professional, welcoming and uniquely kind. Highly recommended!

The only negative note I find is that the room is quite noisy during the day and at night. But this is the price to pay for having a hotel right in the center.

Cairo is an exceptionally noisy city at any time of day or night. The hotel is located in a bustling area within a historic building. This combination, along with the original wooden windows, means a high level of noise in the rooms is guaranteed. The only effective solution is earplugs. If noise is a deal-breaker for you, it might be better to avoid Cairo altogether. However, if you appreciate buildings from the late 19th or early 20th century, this hotel is highly recommended. It features high ceilings, original windows, and doors, providing a charming and authentic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station and major bus stop nearby. The historic center, the Nile, and several key landmarks are all within walking distance.

Unfortunately, not the entire building belongs to the hotel, which might create a misleading first impression. However, the responsiveness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms completely transform that initial perception.

The property was very good for the value. The staff, for example, Mohammed, were all very friendly and welcoming, trying to make our stay as good as possible. The location is perfect, right in front of the Egyptian museum and close to some good local restaurants as well as to some bigger hotels with rooftops.

There was no elevator and the hotel was on the 4th floor, but they said they will be fixing it, so maybe now it works. Also, there was some noise from the street, so the soundproofing wasn’t ideal but for us it wasn’t a problem - I wouldn’t say it was too big of a problem but it depends on everyone and their noise tolerance.

All the staff working at the hotel and those involved as a contractor such as taxi drivers, private tour guide. Private tour to Giza pyramids organised by the hotel was our highlight. Our guide was very polite and humble. At the end of the tour, we were taken to a koshay restaurant and the koshary we had there was 100 times better than famous koshary restaurant in Cairo. Thanks to all the experience we had from the hotel, we all love Egypt. Thank you so much!

Location is amazing but at the same time it was noisy at night. However Cairo is a huge city so you will get such noise anywhere you stay in the heart of the city. I would recommend to bring ear buds if you’re sensitive.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, terrific view; everything was clean and comfortable. On the fourth floor, the famous Cairo traffic noise was not an issue. Bathroom was very nice-- a relief to have a tub after two weeks of "wet room" Egyptian showers. Heater was good, after we had some help turning it on. Breakfast was delicious once we finally got it. Had no trouble with the car service coming and going from Cairo International Airport.

Big confusion on our first morning there-- we ordered a breakfast for 8:30, and it hadn't arrived by 10:30 so we went out and got a street breakfast. There seems to be some communication issues between the night staff and the daytime staff. We did get breakfast on time the next day, and it was delicious.

The hotel is right next to the original Egyptian Museum. It's not obvious from outside or even just inside the business where the hotel is (upper floor). I didn't see any signage on the bottom floor. Given the "bare minimum" style of the hotel rooms, the price I paid was a bit high, but the staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. After a long day of travel (this was my first day in Egypt), it was a good place to refresh. They willingly stored my roller luggage for the day, but I'm always uncomfortable about luggage that's stored in public areas instead of held in a secure or at least out-of-the way location by hotel staff. When I came and took my bag, I could have been anybody, and a stolen bag can ruin or even end a trip. The rooms are a bit noisy until about 2 a.m. when traffic outside settles down. Air conditioning works great. Bathroom is small but functional.

No major complaints.
