A lot to like. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and had a warm smile. The room is a good size and the TV was a large flat screen. The cable TV had a great selection of channels including several HBO’s. The reason I stayed there is because smoking rooms are permitted in Louisville and Motel 6 is only about 15 minutes south and there is everything at the exit. Several restaurant to choose from with a couple open 24 hours and a Walmart and Kroger within a half mile.

I didn’t find anything wrong or unappealing

I liked the newly redone room, how it was fairly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that it was located just off the interstate we traveled daily and near a lot of nice attractions.

The floors weren't very clean, I had to wear something on my feet or they would end up black and dirty, as if they weren't mopped properly or at all. I also found the corners unclean and around the baseboards also and I found a small live roach in the bathroom, which I was uneasy about but thankfully it was the only one I seen. The lighting could of been better but the lighting that was available was nice.

The location was excellent for my needs. The price was awesome. Check in and check out was really fast. The room was spacious and clean.

The only issue at all was the bed made a loud, hollow metal echoing type of sound when I would get in or out of it. I would also have liked to check out by leaving the cards in the room as you can sometimes do at other hotels.

Location was ideal, lots of food and store locations near by. Plenty of parking to include parking for Semi Trucks and RVs. Pet friendly with plenty of area to walk pets.

Nothing when compared to other Motel 6 locations. This location was clean and quiet.

The staff was very professional and kind and cared about making sure I had the most comfortable stay I could ...I smoke so it was nice to find out they had smoking rooms ...I slept like a baby and was well rested for the next days trip ..

Clerk was very pleasant and provided toiletries when asked about them. Great water pressure in shower!

Lighting in the room was modern but not very bright. Good lighting in entry to room and bathroom. Handicap accessible room.

The staff was friendly and thr room was clean and comfortable I definitely recommend staying here if your traveling and in the shepherdsville area

There was nothing I didn't like...

We always stay here when we come to KY. We are now moving back there!! Great location, staff, and room was perfect! Check in and out was quick and easy.

The only negative comment was about the little dog in the next room, he was left alone too long and howled for his owner until late in the night.

Way better than I expected. Very clean. Huge TV. Very friendly when checking in.

Small cosmetic things to be fixed. Sink area in bathroom needed caulk. A couple of outlets needed new covers and new wash clothes should be purchaed.

Bed was comfortable, freshly painted walls, no bugs. Free wifi and good selection of tv channels. Walking distance to several restaurants or short drive.

Very dim lighting in shower, low water pressure. No coffeepot or hairdryer, no coffee in lobby either. But for me I like low affordable price better than amenities. There was a microwave for heating water for instant coffee and small refrigerator for milk or creamer.
