Fresh approach to reimagining what this type of room/property could be. I liked the shower configuration. The property was “minimalistic “ but provided the basics well thought out.

Lack of a comfortable stuffed chair for reading. I disliked the lighting. It was too bright and harsh. The light bulb choice was a contributing factor. The room needed “soft white” bulbs, especially near the bed. If the walls are bright white and you use non-incandescent bulbs you feel like you are on display at An art gallery. You need to soften it more and give it a little more “home like “ feeling.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were fabulous. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very close to the freeway. Was easy access to the hotel if you could figure out how to make it work with GPS. Because your hotel recently bought the property, it either doesn't come up at all by name or the address does not work.

The breakfast did not really offer any options for gluten free and the orange juice tasted terrible. You should change to Simply Orange. And maybe recommend Denny's.

I wouldn't call it breakfast. It consisted of a small basket of muffins and some bagels and a toaster. I was very very very disappointed in that. That is one of the main reasons I chose this one. It was pitiful. No cereal, no fruit, no bread for toast. I have always had those things and more for a continental breakfast. I will pick somewhere else if I have to stay again.

Ashley at the front desk was outstanding. She went over and above to make sure our stay was exactly what we needed. She should be commended! Karen from the desk was very sweet the next morning to allow us to grab a little breakfast earlier than 6. We were leaving early to beat a snow storm.

The hotel looks completely different after renovation, it is very clean, very nicely decorated, staff is very professional and breakfast was limited to bagels and oatmeal, but very nicely presented and served.

I would like to have a bottle of water in the room or at least a cup to be able to drink water or tea.

The breakfast was wonderful. And the location off the expressway is perfect and many places to choose to eat around. Going through a remodel which it still was clean.

I didn't like that I paid for a king and got a room with double queens because they said they over booked. I didn't get my rate reduced because that is not what I asked for and they didn't even offer. Beds weren't so comfortable sunk in the middle but they were going through a remodel so that might change.

Everybody was so kind. Robin was so sweet and helped with anything we needed. The breakfast so awesome.

The rates were very reasonable considering today's economy. Rooms were so bright and clean. Loved the no door walk in shower. Staff super friendly. No charge for our 2 small Boyz (dogs). Hope they will build more of the Sparks by Hilton all over country

Space to gather.

Price, breakfast. No hot food. Last time we stayed they had pancakes, waffles and more this time there were only Bagels, muffins and yogurt and a bowl of grapes. Kids remember hot cookies being offered in the lobby last year but, not this year.

Front Desk Girl was so personable and helpful Helped us find dinner to our liking and even directions. Room was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was more than we had ever seen at a Hotel breakfast . Variety and cleanliness. Staff at this hotel were rock stars!

Wish would be ice machine on our floor! But no biggie lol
