Location was great. Close to so many restaurants. McGregor square is an awesome spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good at the Restaurant on site was very good. Staff was amazing: Sunny, Jeremy, Jesse were especially awesome.

Ok. So hotel was clean, beds were super comfortable and the staff super friendly, but the layout is a little weird. Our hotel room felt a bit crammed. There was only 1 small drawer for our clothes. That was it for a room with 2 queen beds. The rooftop pool looked nice in pictures but was disappointing in person. there was nobody supervising it. Water was cloudy (possibly a sign that the chemicals may be off), towels refills took a long time. There was no hotel staff working at the pool. Also it would have been nice to have drinks service.

The location to the ballpark was fantastic. The Mcgregor square area was so nice. On the two days we did not go to ballpark there was a giant screen to watch game or there were bars. Also plenty of food options. Overall Denver is a very clean beautiful city.

About Hotel my only complaint, I was only there for 3 days so no room service. I understand the reason but if you do not want to clean everyday please provide kitchen size garbage cans.

The Rally Hotel is in a fantastic location and most of downtown Denver is super accessible from here. The Square provides plenty of food/drink options and you're about a half mile walk from a couple of boulevards containing many restaurants, bars and other venues. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The location feels safe and is well trafficked by professionals who work in the McGregor Square area. Friday and Saturday evenings were bustling as folks come in to watch sports games on the giant jumbo screen in the center of the Square. It was a lot of fun.

It being right next to Coors Field and five minutes from Union Station. It was very clean and the staff extremely friendly.

I wish there was a guest laundry service with washing machines and driers like you can find at some places. The laundry service was excellent; prompt, efficient, beautifully done but a little expensive when a quick wash and dry would have sufficed.

The convenience to Coors Field. Walk out the door onto a promenade over 20th street and you are at the gate in 60 seconds. Literally.

This hotel is NOT vehicle friendly at all. There is no space to unload. You have to park on a city street to unload, if you can find space and then wheel your bags through one building then into a second building behind it to locate the "front" desk. There is no visible signage to help and the confirmation emails don't give any guidance.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Our suite was more like a luxury 2 bedroom apartment, with a king bedroom, bunk bedroom, huge bath with both tubs and walk-in shower,, living area with huge couch, kitchen table, wet bar, fridge, micro and floor to ceiling windows with views of Rockies stadium. Everything was so quiet and comfortable. Then there was a massive gym with picture windows plus a rooftop pool/hottub/lounge area. On the ground floor there was a huge breakfast diner, a lobby bar, a snack/breakfast sandwich shop, an outdoor courtyard area with many tables and sloped lawn area with a Huge screen showing sports/ movies, a food court with a variety of cuisine, a sports bar, Italian restaurant and steakhouse. Oh and a lobby gift shop that feels like a stadium store. Courtesy car (although we never tried it). Baseball memorabilia/theme everywhere. Upon checkin there is a welcome drink plus free ice cream/floats every afternoon, s’mores kits, and a list of discounts/freebies at surrounding businesses. Every food/drink item we had there was great. And if you’re going to a game, there is a walkway that connects directly to a gate. We were blown away by this place and would 100% stay here again. Also staff were very friendly and helpful and quick to send up requested items.

Very minor gripes but need more than 2 Tiny waste baskets. Also could have used more towels (but found we could borrow some from the pool area). And you do need to let them know if you would like housekeeping services (not uncommon these days but should be a given in a place of this caliber).

Everything was nice. The room was modern and comfortable, overall. We had good food, good drinks, and killer complimentary draft beer upon check-in. Staff was very accommodating. If we needed something, we got it! The location of the hotel is awesome and there is lots to do within walking distance. We were there during NBA finals and the big screen was right outside our window! Overall, we had a great stay!

We could have used a chair in the room. The refrigerator rattled all night the first night so we turned it off. Staff offered to repair immediately upon being informed. We checked in at a busy time? During our stay we saw many people getting an intro/tour/overview of the hotel. We did not get that “perk.” Fortunately, we did fine on our own! Also, I requested an email of my receipt multiple times. I never received it. The check-in and check-out process could use improvement.

I really enjoyed the size of the room that we had. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that my family and I didn't have to walk far for food or to go to the Rockies games which is very convenient when you are pregnant.

I wasn't a fan of the cost of the room of course. The pool is a little small for as many people and kids were there. I didn't like how loud the door would close behind us in our room.

The proximity to McGregor Square and local coffee shops and restaurants, the comfortable beds, Starbucks in the hotel, lots of comfortable places to sit in and around the hotel and the whimsical decor.

The staff! They just didn’t portray any all-American hospitality. The front desk employees were flat, hardly smiled, didn’t welcome us or make us feel welcome and barely smiled. At check out all she said was “do you want an email of your receipt”, no thank you for staying or safe travels, etc. The restaurant was 1/4 full and after 3 staff members studied the seating chart for 3 minutes the hostess took us to the worst table in the restaurant (right near the door) we requested a booth and she agreed. While eating breakfast we noticed she tried 3 more times to seat that table and each guest requested a different table. I believe they have potential they just need more training and experience in hospitality and customer service.

Beautiful hotel, members of staff were polite & accommodating, car service was available within a 2 mile radius & our room view was beautiful.

The bed was HORRIBLE an absolute nightmare. I've never in my life been so uncomfortable. The matress had lumps and was sunk in on one side. I think the floor or a prison cot would have been more comfortable. This would be one TOP reason we wouldn't stay at the Rally again. Now that we're back home a massage visit is needed. This hotel could have easily gotten 5 stars from us but the bed gives it 3 stars & no revisits.
